"We found this corner of the paradise by coincidence. We were buried with a pool built in a clean sea near the green farm, and a restored housing house, with a restored housing house. The foods made by the owner of the place, the recipes with their own products were incredibly tasty. The hospitality and their help in all matters have been effective in our decision to stay for a long time. The relics with their own products still decorate our phase, sheltered in Maria's hands. The hotel' s location is very easy to reach from center ( max 15 min. by car), also its very close to the Karfaz beach ( 3 min. walking) -The rooms are very spacious and convenient. -They clean the rooms and change the towels on daily basis, which is a plus. -The breakfast is really satisfying, pastrys and cold cuts available every day. - The team of the hotel is very helpful and smiling. "During my 10-day stay this cozy place was my home away from home; it was a pleasure to return to the beautiful stone walled room every evening, spend some time in the charming garden and listen to the scops owl and the crickets ... if I could come back to Chios I would want to stay here again without a doubt! For getting around I highly recommend CRC, they also bring the rented vehicle to the hotel and are very friendly and reliable! Thank you all very much!"

"Stay away. The apartment itself has mold, the hot water had a yellowish brown color (so only cold showers), the front door was difficult to lock and would jam. We booked on a Tuesday and wanted to leave the Thursday (our original reservation was for Saturday). The staff openly lied about the refund process at first, saying you had to speak with *******. I called ******* and they said the Hotel would be in charge of the refund. The hotel manager would not discuss refunding a portion of our fee. The location is not walkable as the building is situated on an island highway with no sidewalks. The apartment is not worth the low price of admission. We ended up leaving early and ate the lost cash."
