We really enjoyed our stay which was the perfect location for visiting the natural site of Chishui. We booked a very spacious family room which had great childfriendly amenities. The hotel had a very big outdoor pool and a children’s playroom. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices.

Very nice location directly with river view from outdoor swimming pool as well. Very good family room with nice decoration, bathroom and lots of space for family of four. Great service, special thanks to Juana for continuous support to arrange drivers. BBQ dinner was very delicious. Improvement point is continuous cleanliness of public restrooms and breakfasts area. Had a very pleasant stay!

This is my first time staying in such a five-star hotel.
Many places in the room looked dirty. The table could not be wiped clean, the bananas were blackened, the towels had burrs and tattered edges, and the most outrageous thing was the bath towel with big holes. Really, the most basic sanitary conditions were very bad.
Except for the enthusiastic service at the breakfast door and the cleaning staff, I didn't feel much service. There was no tea when I checked in, and no one directed the parking when I arrived at the store, which made me feel indifferent.
I thought it was the best hotel in Chishui.
As a result, I never want to stay in a hotel again.
