The room was quite small for 3 people, but it was very well equipped with almost everything you could need for a longer stay. Amenities included an oven, microwave, water boiler, washing machine, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, and even a hair straightener. We had a little trouble with the check-in as it was a self-check-in process, but all the necessary instructions and information were clearly provided in the email, so we eventually managed to get in without much issue. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was damaged and had been repaired with black duct tape, which had already fallen off. This was disappointing and made the sofa bed feel less comfortable and well maintained. The location is extremely quiet and rural, which may not suit everyone, but it was very convenient for getting to the airport by car or taxi. The bedroom also did not have its own air conditioning, so it could get a little warm at night. Overall, it’s a practical and very well-equipped place, especially if you need somewhere close to the airport. However, the small room size, damaged sofa bed and lack of air conditioning in the bedroom are areas that could be improved.

The room is nice, and the onsen in the room is great. The snow view is wonderful. The service here is good. We were late to the hotel due to traffic jam and missed dinner, but luckily the hotel staff, Mr. 塩谷, was very kind and helped arrange for dinner to be delivered to our room. We really appreciate that!

We had a really fantastic time at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Resort which was a once in a lifetime experience for us. The area is beautiful and the spa has everything you need for a fantastic and relaxing stay. We stayed in a Premier Suite and the rooms are fantastic - fully equipped and spacious with all amenities, and a fantastic private Onsen to relax in.The staff at the spa were extremely friendly and helpful, and attentive to all of our needs. We'd love to come back some time and would highly recommend!

Good location hotel with a familymart that opens till midnight within the hotel itself. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Toilet was a tad bit small compared to other hotels for the queen size bed room but amenities were all provided and of good quality.

We spent one night here to be close to the airport for an early departure. The hotel was clean and comfortable and spacious. They have some great complimentary facial products too. Warm, professional staff, I would confidently recommend this hotel to others

a relatively new hotel with very good cp value. free parking in front and in back of the hotel. free public bath although it is small. free ucc coffee and tea machine inside the room. breakfast sets are both good quality and huge portion. i didn't use the airport shuttle. staff very patient. very good budget hotel.

The hotel is old but well maintained, the location is closed to the airport with providing free shuttle from the hotel to the airport in the morning.

The hotel is perfectly located very close to the railway station. It took us only 8 minutes to get to the arport from the station. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The reception staff is professional. They helped me to fill out the documents for the airline quickly.
