Not as great than my expectation, seems very old style hotel but offering convenience free car parking which is valued added.

Awesome trip with family and it is so near to airport. It is safe a lots of time for us to go airport.

Room was spacious and clean, service was great and our luggage’s were brought to our room on our behalf as the room was not ready before then, so we decided to go out for shopping before returning. Love the convenience and also how near it is to the airport!

Great location as a first stop when arriving into CTS airport. It’s close by and convenient location. But what set apart this hotel are its restaurants. We had dinner and breakfast and both are excellent food quality and value for price. The breakfast at 3200 yen with crab soup is a value plus several made to order food items like the riceballs.

Friendly staffs and clean rooms. The bathroom is exceptional, in fact, the biggest I have ever seen for this type of room in Japan. We have also enjoyed the buffer dinner with good price for unlimited alcohol drinks.

The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel is located near the train station in the quieter Chitose area, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great room service. One of the biggest highlights was the convenient airport transportation, especially a huge relief when we had to manage our suitcases in the snow. There is also a shopping mall near the hotel, along with a large shoe plaza offering many options at reasonable prices. The staff there were incredibly kind and provided excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable.
