Great hotel for an overnight stay by the airport. Easy access near the international side, short 7 minutes walk to the domestic end. Very convenient if you arrive late like us into Sapporo, or have an early flight to catch the very next day. The mall attached to it is great for food options - you can have breakfast with multiple options.

Really a peace of mind to stay here before fly. Love the modern design and super welcoming atmosphere. Onsen bath is so relaxing, can see sunrise from room window.This hotel makes me want to come back Hokkaido again.

We just stayed one night after a long flight from Hawaii. Check in was fast and the porter showed us how everything worked in the room and even came back with a bucket of ice. The onsen was super clean and new. Room has everything, super clean and new and quite even though its at the airport. Breakfast was amazing so be sure to add that on to your booking. We will be back for sure next year for our next ski vacation.

Very nice experience staying in this artistic smart hotel in the International Terminal! You will feel pampered when living in their spacious and luxury room:)) You won’t be disappointed with their free mini bar, overwhelming walk-in closet, amazing view, and easy access to domestic terminal area for dining/shopping. The Hotel’s lounge/library is super where you can enjoy until last minute to check in.

I wanted to share a great hotel recommendation for those flying early in the morning from the airport. The location is fantastic if you need stay close to airport, and the hotel itself is brand new and quite decent. One of the highlights of the hotel is the onsen, which is truly enjoyable, and their breakfast offerings are delicious as well. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, even if it was just for one night, and it provided us with a wonderful experience. The only downside was the transportation between the city and the hotel. Unfortunately, we missed the last train, so we had to return to the hotel by taxi. Perhaps they have transportation services available that we were unaware of. Overall, I would rate this hotel a 5 out of 5 for its excellent facilities and highly recommend it."

We were very satisfy with the hotel room. The rooms were very new, clean and high tech. From the hotel window, we could see the air plane taking off and landing. Tip top services from the hotel staffs too. Only regret is we didn't manage to reserve our dinner at the hotel restaurant.

We used this hotel as a base in our last two days in Hokkaido rather than our usual stay in Sapporo, in view of the number of luggages we had, as well as the early departure time on our last day. Had a lovely stay, and was pleasantly surprised at this gem of a hotel at the airport. Just a few minutes walk to the domestic terminal shops via “Smile Road”and there are a good variety of restaurants available as well.
