KKUNThis is the first and last time to stay at this hotel again. The network is poor, and it is said that there is no personal shadow in the industry. The rice is expensive and unpalatable. I won’t come here to live in the future.

GGuest UserRecently i booked two superior room in grand orchid. Honest review for the stay. My booking i made through make my trip since i m made it in that they didn’t provide a proper service to me. Firstly the interior work done in room was many broken woods since i had two kids both got hurt in many broken woods next wi-fi wasn’t working entirely i complained twice reception person says they will send technician no body came. Next in rest room the western toilet cover was broken no proper itenary in rest room all used one they have kept. In my booking it was mentioned as iron box and hair dryer will be tier in room but it wasn’t present. Many times complained this to reception but no reply. Mainly i should say about restaurant present at the bottom if u want to have lunch for emergency menu will be onli less no meals or any gaiety rice. But one plus is the breakfast they provide as compliment which was good. Overall i would say i had a ok experience with the stay

NNIRAJHotel is very good location. Room is very clean and neat. Bed is comfortable and had good sleep. Toilet was very clean and well maintained. Hot water was always available. Aircon was functioning very well. Hotel is secure. Breakfast is simple and lovely. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking was given within near hotel. Very good hotel if going for darshan to tirupati. Inside the street so use google maps to find.

GGuest UserI stayed here for one day on Feb 9th, 2025. Excellent hotel in all respects. Especially the room boys are so nice and courteous. Very prompt in attending to any of the customers' problems. The restaurant service is also top class. Very prompt and courteous service. Food is also generally very good. Overall this Hotel deserves good patronage by all the tourists and locals alike.

GGuest UserWe have booked in makemytrip, they suddenly called and moved to another hotel and saying that hotel is some matainance issue like that, they transfer to another hotel, not sure what kind of this, that hotel was also good but not fully satisfied, rooms are not cleaned, not recommended, if allocate rooms in their hotel it slef may be good i feel.

food I have not ordered from hotel restaurant, so can not comment on food. Location is big plus point. Hot water 24 hours & good centralised AC is good.
In terms of cleanliness hotel can do some improvement, pest control is needed in the rooms.
