Hotel National Park Sauraha

Booked a deluxe triple room with air conditioned based on previous excellent reviews. It was excellent, just like all other reviews are saying: super friendly staff, very clean, good WIFI, very good air conditioned. From this hotel, all of your requests can be answered (safari booking, bus booking, laundry, etc.) at very competitive prices. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by rice fields and a 15 min. walk from the ''main street''. Suraj was very helpful and they have a pick-up truck to drive you to and from different places in Sauraha. Overall, we enjoyed 100% of our stay and definitely recommend this place.

Lovely place run by a owner with love and passion. There was a night where a rhino passing nearby he drove out 3 times to make sure everyone in the hostel to see the lovely rhino. I would highly recommend this place! Definitely the best place to stay!

This place was great. The location was a less than 10 minute walk to the park and the downtown area. You never expect places like these to have good food but theirs was delicious. They clearly put care into it. Also you couldn’t find kinder staff. The hospitality here was as warm as the midday sun

We had a great stay! The owner and his family are incredibly kind and helpful. After you check in, you can sit down and pick out all your excursions and the owner will set it all up for you. They will even pick you up and drop you off at the bus station for free. The food at their restaurant is good, too. Highly recommend!

So pleased to have had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights , absolutely fallen in love with the place , superb setting , food and the staff absolutely dedicated to making sure you have the best possible experience and time in Chitwan . This Hotel is a family run business on the outskirts of Sauraha. Subraj and his family were extremely welcoming. Subraj is very eager to ensure that we had a fantastic stay and that all our needs were met. Our room was clean, it had air conditioning and / or a fan. The rooms have mosquito nets, since at night the bugs do fly. I never had any issues with the room and was very happy with the quality. The food at the hotel is very good. It is all cooked by the family and the food tastes like a family cooked meal, rather than an expensive / fancy restaurant. Some of the best food I had in chitwan was at the hotel and everything is reasonably priced. Subraj talked us through Safari options on our first day. He wasn't pushy and actually told us to consider how tired we might be and if we wanted to do 2 or 3 days Safari. The Safari was booked through the hotel and the guides and service was excellent. During my stay, I also overheard Subraj attempting to persuade another group of guests from not booking a safari with a company that used captured elephants. You can tell that he has the environment and animals close to his heart and therefore wants to protect nature whilst earning a living - big respect to Subraj. Overall a fantastic hotel for the price and surely you can't go wrong with Hotel National Park Sauraha.

Very friendly staff, they help organise the perfect tours/safari around how many days you have available, and all for a great price. Beautiful and relaxed location. The hotel itself was very comfy, clean and had great AC!

Great overall stay! Super nice owners and good location. Food was good too! And, they really helped with booking tours.
