The service is great. Although the front counter do not speak English fluently but the communication has no issue. I could do luggage storage on the day checking out until late night (same day). It was heartwarming that there is a hand written welcoming letter in japanese on the table inside the room. The little duck inside the washroom is so cute. The room size can open up a 24 inch luggage yet still free to walk around. I was here to watch a concert at the venue nearby. It’s convenient to just place my luggage at the hotel and walk to the concert venue.

Great location, i check in late at 12 am and the receptionists are very nice unlike Ibis hotels in Japan - they shut the main door

Strongly do not recommend this one for English travellers. Had to go through trip to come to a good solution with the property. Had many complaints including a double charge.

ITS AMAZING

This was for business use. I've used this service several times. Since I only needed a place to sleep, I wasn't too picky and was just looking for something suitable. I would like to use it again.

We requested a twin room. The room was spacious and very nice. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The duckling that greeted us was so cute! I'm confident I can raise it, so I decided to take it home. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful despite being busy, and the room was clean, so I'm very satisfied!

I stayed at this hotel because it was within walking distance of the Keio Arena where I was attending a concert. It was helpful that I didn't have to worry about using the restroom before and after the concert, and that I could rest in my room until the last minute. I was surprised by how old the fixtures and other facilities were. If it weren't for the concert, I wouldn't stay there. However, I was pleased to find a handwritten message with an origami crane in the room; I appreciated the effort put into hospitality.

I stayed at the hotel for a concert at Keio Arena. The hotel was within walking distance, which was very convenient as I could leave my luggage there beforehand. The room was a little dated and had an old-fashioned feel, but it was clean and comfortable. The message left on the desk warmed my heart. Thank you very much.

It's conveniently located near Keio Arena, but the rooms are built like old-fashioned apartment complexes. The bed is right in front of the toilet and bathroom, making it difficult to stay with a friend.
