The young man at the desk was most helpful and accommodating despite my late arrival. The room had excellent amenities, including a kettle and, to my delight, as I had just picked up some late night bread, a microwave. There are washing machines, driers, and vending machines onsite, as well as a wee area where one might relax and watch a rather large tv. There are several shops conveniently located nearby. Though an older building, all was well maintained and clean. In Chofu, the location is ideal right next to the station.

The staff and service are very good. They let us feel welcome during our stay. The best thing is the hotel is very near at Chofu station and bus terminal.

I used this hotel for an overnight stay after watching a soccer match ⚽️ Aside from the surprise of the TV remote being out of battery and not working, I had a very comfortable stay without any particular inconveniences!

I used this hotel while traveling for a live concert, and it was quiet and peaceful, allowing me to relax after being tired from the crowds. The surrounding area has everything you need, and I could even watch movies to pass the time – the location is fantastic. The room has the basics, and you can watch YouTube, etc. The desk is small and too close to the TV, which is a minor drawback. The room has a microwave and kettle, which is convenient. The cleaning was also thorough.

The reception staff were all very polite and helpful.

I stayed in a smoking room, but there wasn't a noticeable cigarette smell. I appreciated that there was a microwave in the room. The location was very close to the station, and there was a convenience store nearby, which was great. There was also a coin laundry. I stayed for several nights, and it was convenient to be able to go out with the key in my possession.

The location of the hotel is great! The lady at the front desk is super nice! But the facilities are old, the bed is too small, the bed is too small, the bed is too small, I have to say it three times!!!

Very bad. I have been in Japan for many days and have stayed in 2-3 hotels. Only this one does not have air conditioning. After coordination, they said very loudly that they have always been like this, and then said that you can open the window, firmly telling everyone that this is not an option

Although I checked in late at night, I was able to use the hotel comfortably. It is conveniently located just one minute walk from the station, and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It's a business hotel that's neither good nor bad, but the location is great. It's close to the station, and there are places to eat and drink within walking distance. It's more than enough for one person.

It was a convenient location near Chofu Station. I was a bit concerned about the dim lighting in the room, but otherwise there were no problems. I'll stay here again if I have the chance.

It's small and dark, but the price is cheap and I have no complaints.
