Staff was friendly, room service was great, and room was clean and well maintained by staff. And the metro was close by, which was a big help in traveling. Overall great experience

調布駅を出てすぐの立地のため利便性は最高です。喫煙化のなホテルが激減する中、喫煙可ルームがあるのは本当に有難いです。清掃も行き届いており、申し分ありません。

The room was typical size for a business hotel, but it was well-cleaned and I had a comfortable stay without any discomfort. It was close to the station and there were many convenience stores and restaurants, so it was convenient, but not noisy. They also provided cleansing products and basic skincare products, which was helpful as I had forgotten to bring them. There was a TV speaker in the bathroom, so the sound was easy to hear. Considering the convenience, it was sufficient. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

チェックイン予定の時間より早く着いてしまったが、受付の従業員さんが快く引き受けてくれて いつもありがとうございます等の些細な一言があったり 失礼な言い方だけど、聞いてない事も丁寧に説明してくれて嬉しくありがたかった笑 ただ、風呂場のボディーソープやシャンプーを移動させて利用し、翌日清掃に入った形跡があったが、動かしたものがそのままになっており 風呂場を掃除してくれてるのか？疑ってしまった… またアメニティを手渡しの形に変えたみたいだが、前の通りで自分で取るような形に可能なら変えて貰いたいと思った 病院に近い為また来る時は、利用させて貰います
