Atour Properties in Chongqing

The hotel's location is excellent. The lobby and breakfast area are on the 21st floor. From the 22nd floor, it's just a few minutes' walk to Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, the top level of Hongyadong, and Qianximen Bridge, all very convenient. The Daijiaxiang Riverside Walk offers stunning night views, and there are plenty of food options along the way – local cuisine, hot pot, and desserts are all reasonably priced and authentic. The river view room offers great views, and the room facilities are comprehensive. The service is attentive. The breakfast selection is diverse, and the noodles and 'chaoshou' (wontons) are prepared by a smart robot, which is a novel experience. We had to check out at 6:30 AM, and they even offered breakfast to go. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, highly recommended.

This is a very very nice hotel. The location is a bit of walk, but there is a simple transport to send you to and from hotel. Hotel service was excellent. The facility was great also, I was surprise to see that they have washing machine with Heater dryer. Too bad, we were only doing a simple transit at the HSR, if not will stay more day. Good job.

The room was simple and clean, and the service was excellent. The hotel is located in Financial Street, and popular spots like Hongyadong and Raffles City are just across the bridge, not far at all. The room was a bit compact, but if you don't have too much luggage, it's quite comfortable. I personally prefer this area because it's quiet and great for resting; I slept very well. The tourist areas are bustling with people and traffic, making them quite chaotic. The only downside was that the air conditioning temperature is centrally controlled and couldn't be adjusted. It would have been more comfortable not to turn it on during the hot weather, as it only blew hot air when on. I hope they can improve this. Taxis to anywhere cost around ten yuan, which is very convenient. There's also a subway nearby. When checking out, they even gave us tea as a souvenir. What was most thoughtful was when they saw me leaving in the rain without an umbrella, they immediately handed me one, which I ended up using at the high-speed rail station. I was really touched by that.

An absolutely fantastic experience. I specifically chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport due to my early morning flight the next day. Atour's service is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming attitude of the front desk staff. The hotel is new and well-maintained, with clean facilities. The laundry room, in particular, was fantastic – the attention to detail was truly impressive! The housekeeping staff even helped fold my clothes. I also enjoyed the late-night congee service, which was great! I will definitely choose Atour again for my next trip.

My stay at the Atour Hotel Crown was absolutely perfect, far exceeding my expectations for a city hotel. The hotel's location is undoubtedly its main advantage. It's nestled in the scenic central section of Nanbin Road, truly offering a 'mountain behind, river in front' experience. My river-view room had an unobstructed vista, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the majestic daytime river views and the dazzling nighttime cityscape of the Yuzhong Peninsula, all from the comfort of my room. It felt like I had the essence of the mountain city at my fingertips. Both the hotel's design and service were equally outstanding. The interior design skillfully blends Chongqing's natural landscapes with modern aesthetics, creating a truly atmospheric environment. I especially want to commend Customer Service Manager Labe. Her service demonstrated exceptional professionalism. From her thoughtful pre-arrival greetings to her proactive inquiries about our needs and efficient problem-solving during our stay, every step made us feel valued and cared for. This proactive and personalized service significantly enhanced our overall experience. Furthermore, the room amenities were of high quality, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, with authentic Chongqing noodles providing a great start to the day. Considering its superb location, thoughtful design, outstanding service (a special thank you to Manager Labe!), and excellent facilities, this is undoubtedly the perfect place to stay when visiting Chongqing. Highly recommended.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel near Jiefangbei for this trip and finally settled on Atour. And Atour truly delivered – I was pleasantly surprised! First off, the location is fantastic; it's easy to find and very close to both the subway station and Jiefangbei, just a few minutes' walk. Getting around was super convenient, and you can also easily hail a taxi downstairs. The transportation is very traveler-friendly. Secondly, the environment is also excellent. It's a new hotel, opened last year, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The front desk staff, both the gentleman who checked us in and the lady when we checked out, were incredibly nice. They even recommended some local eateries to us and gave us a souvenir when we left. We stayed for two nights and it was truly comfortable. Plus, the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious – the specialty 'Bo Bo Chicken' was incredibly fragrant, I had two plates in the morning! They also offered congee in the evenings, which was perfect for cooling down after a spicy hotpot. If I come back to Chongqing, this will definitely be my first choice again. I really loved it!!

If you get tired from exploring, you can always pop back to the hotel to 'recharge,' which is simply a golden spot for tourists. The service was incredibly warm and made us feel right at home. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was enthusiastic and friendly. The front desk was fast and efficient, and upon seeing us with luggage, they proactively asked if we needed assistance. What impressed me most was the 'Zhuju' 24-hour library and the 'late-night snack service.' Returning to the hotel late at night, a hot bowl of congee instantly soothed the travel fatigue. The laundry room is incredibly practical for guests staying for several days! The breakfast was abundant, starting the day off with energy. There was a rich variety of breakfast options, including Chongqing's special pea noodles and small noodles, as well as classic Chinese and Western choices. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was spot on. Sitting by the window, watching Jiefangbei in the morning while enjoying a leisurely breakfast, is one of the most pleasant moments of a trip. If you're visiting Chongqing for tourism or business and are looking for a hotel with an unbeatable location, thoughtful service, and consistent quality, the Atour Hotel at Jiefangbei Bayi Plaza is definitely a foolproof choice. It's not just a place to sleep; through many thoughtful details, it allows you to feel the warmth and hospitality of this city. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Chongqing.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from Chongqing North Station. You can easily reach it by crossing the skybridge and passing through the underpass. The front desk service is excellent; staff always greet you with a smile when you come and go. The rooms are quiet, and the breakfast offers a good variety. Highly recommended!

We were welcomed with hot tea on arrival and quickly checked in, though we arrived very early. Reception staff immediately offered us a room upgrade with more space and great views. Thank you, 子祁, for your kind assistance to help with food delivery and other matters as we didn't have a local phone no. Shower stall was roomy with excellent water pressure and consistent temperature. The room was cleaned very well each day by housekeeping staff who greeted us warmly every time we met. The simple rice congee supper each night was a soothing way to end our days. We liked the location of the hotel very much. Lots to eat and see. The only minor letdown was on the last night of our stay .. there were workmen fixing the water feature in the lobby, who smoked for some time whilst they were there. Not a regular occurrence from observation but it was still unpleasant to be enveloped by smoke for the duration of their work whilst we were seated in the lobby library lounge.

Our entire trip revolved around the Guanyin Bridge area. Booking this place was such a fantastic decision, I hadn't realized how perfect it would be! Guanyin Bridge is within walking distance! After shopping till we dropped, we could simply head back to the hotel for a nap, then wake up and order from the plethora of delicious take-out options 🥡. All the trending bubble tea 🧋 and snack spots we wanted to try were easily accessible! We even ordered in and hosted a mini-gathering in our room. No need to go downstairs to pick up orders – robots deliver them directly to your door. The huge TV was perfect for watching 📺 while enjoying our meals, really enhancing the atmosphere! Although their service is standardized, I found it to be incredibly thoughtful and genuinely caring. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and you can even choose different pillows to suit your preference. As a thoughtful parting gift, they even gave us a Chongqing fridge magnet! Their breakfast was truly delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Dining in the restaurant with a street view is the perfect way to experience Chongqing's vibrant local culture. I truly loved it here!
