The location was great. The staff were friendly and very helpful with check in and laundry services. The only issue is the cleaning staff should pay close attention when cleaning the rooms. There were fruit seeds on the floor from previous people who where there. Also the towels in the bathroom were changed but the bathtub wasn’t cleaned out. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I m a first time traveller to Chongqing and I stayed four nights in Glenview Hotel The room is spacious and clean. The location of Glenview Hotel is excellent and it's just few minutes walk to the metro station and the must go places near Liberation Square. Super convenient.The service of the hotel is excellent and I am so impressed by the human touch approach. I received a warm handwritten notes from the hotel on Women Day! Plus,I accidentally slipped down in the bathroom and my hand is a bit swollen and blue. Even tough it is not serious, the staff of the hotel took good care of me.Highly recommended

The first time I stayed at a muji-style B&B was very special. When I checked in, it happened to be that Christmas decorations were being done in the room, and Christmas tree ornaments were placed in the room. It was an early start to the Christmas season. The location is great, from Jiefangbei Station (green line no.2) exit 2 , just only 100 m. I can walk to the monument, Hongyatong and the art museum, not that far. The reception can’t speak English but try to help with google translate. I’m really enjoy staying. The room is clean, but a quit noisy (I’m OK with it)

We booked on trip.com a fashionable room (which really means a room with a small window) and paid a 30 yuan a night upgrade when we checked in for a room with large windows overlooking the river and city. So worth the upgrade! The lights at night and the sunset are just absolutely beautiful. The room itself is clean. The tv is a projector and you can connect your phone to sync up. We only got the sound to work but not the actual picture unfortunately :/ but wow the view is amazing. The hotel is right on the pedestrian street and is surrounded with shops and food places. Great location! Definitely worth a stay here. Only downside is that the elevators are so busy so sometimes it can be a wait. There’s a grocery store right across the pedestrian street where we bought cold noodles and snacks. It’s walking distance from that famous facade right on the river.
