The location is convenient, and the service was excellent. My work plans changed, and the hotel even offered a late check-out, which I really appreciated.

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and spacious. The staff at the front desk, both the young man and young woman, were really great! We originally wanted to extend our stay, but our plans changed, and we ended up at another one of their chain hotels instead!

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. They proactively recommended special offers and even upgraded my room type. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Atour itself is a great brand. The front desk staff were as professional and enthusiastic as always, and the late-night congee and laundry room are perfect for business travelers. The bedding in the room was also very comfortable, and the hygiene was decent. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of dining options. I have two minor suggestions: the surrounding streets are one-way, which the hotel didn't mention beforehand. Also, the basement was very dirty, and parking was tight!

The staff are attentive and meticulous, genuinely friendly, making for a great experience. The room was spotlessly clean, well-laid out, and had ample storage space. The soundproofing exceeded expectations, effectively blocking out the noise from the bustling district, and transportation is very convenient.

Facilities: The brand-new hotel is quite comfortable, with all the smart amenities you could ask for. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Extremely convenient, right next to the Central shopping mall. Service: The front desk staff upgraded my room, and they were quick to resolve any issues. The only drawback is the poor soundproofing.
