We have read your review carefully. /（ㄒoㄒ）/~~ Regarding the hotel's positioning, we have always clearly labeled it as an economy hotel, with "Club" in the full name, to differentiate it from traditional hotels. The lobby has specially designed areas for fitness, billiards, table tennis, movies, and chess/card games, aiming to provide guests with more leisure space. You mentioned it felt like a "train station guesthouse," and while everyone's definition of a hotel is different, we respect your feelings, but we sincerely hope you can see the effort we've put in within our capabilities. During the Spring Festival, many families travel together, and with so many people and noise, it's inevitable that there will be conversations in the hallways and children running around. This is something we can't completely avoid, so we've prepared free disposable earplugs in each room in advance to minimize disturbances. Regarding the price, during the peak Spring Festival season, rooms are hard to find. Our room rates (2-4) are genuinely not inflated and fluctuate within a reasonable range; we hope you can understand. You can rest assured about hygiene. As you can see from the photos you took, our staff are cleaning, and all bedding is changed after each guest. The linens are collected and disinfected by a professional laundry company; we never compromise on this. Our room already has a sign that says: "Unsatisfied? Check out and get a refund at any time." If you feel uncomfortable during your stay, please contact us immediately, and we will address it promptly. We don't want you to have a bad night's stay and end up leaving a negative review; we are truly sorry and distressed. We apologize again for affecting your experience and thank you for your honest review. We will continue to improve and serve every guest with our heart. ❤

Response from Property: Dear foreign guest, thank you so much for your lovely review!Our hotel is right behind the Tourist Center, with superb transportation to all scenic spots.It only takes 10 minutes by bus from the Tourist Center to Three Natural Bridges, 20 minutes to the Karst Gorge, and half an hour to Fairy Mountain National Forest Park.Buses heading to the train station depart from here too, which is a 30-minute ride.
