Response from Property: Thank you so much for your stay and suggestions. We apologize that the front desk provides complimentary slippers and toothbrushes for children, but they weren't placed in every room. We apologize for not informing you of this upon check-in. The hotel has immediately added a sign indicating the availability of children's supplies. The microwave has also arrived and is now ready to use. We look forward to your next stay and wish you a pleasant stay!

Response from Property: I was completely stunned to see your review: I don't know what caused you to have such malice towards us, yes, malice; from your check-in to your check-out, you came to the front desk several times a day asking us to open your room door for you (you and your very sophisticated friend often separated because you forgot your room key, and we were always there to serve you no matter what time it was), the walls were swollen from water damage and you still wanted to stay for two more days? The shower room disgusted you so much that you still wanted to take a shower in it? Please don't post pictures of the room after use to mislead consumers. As someone of such high moral character as you, capable of writing such a review, you should have left the room the moment you entered, shoved your room key in our front desk's face, and then berated our guest room staff, confidently claiming that the actual room didn't match the pictures, demanding compensation and an apology, instead of enjoying your stay, receiving our service, and then casually leaving a bad review upon departure. Regarding the coffee: the front desk is essentially a complete coffee shop display, and the menu is displayed where you checked in. If you needed coffee, and your room type included complimentary coffee, I'd like to ask what your problem was. Did we refuse to serve you after you ordered, or what? What do you mean by not mentioning it at all? During your stay, the front desk asked us to open the door for you many times. What made you not order anything, and then blame us for not mentioning it after you left? You went to a hotel with a pool but didn't swim; does that mean the hotel should blame you for not reminding you? You didn't eat at the restaurant in a hotel that included breakfast because the hotel didn't mention it? The coffee is complimentary and provided in the room. If you require a meal, you will need to order it. We can't guess what you'll like to drink. It's not a welcome fruit; it's pre-cut and delivered to your room at a set time. Finally, we wish you all the best for the future.
