Hotel is very upper market and breakfast has good selection, although the space is a little tight. The hotel from the room is great and the room is very comfortable.
The hotel is in a mall and good places to eat in the basement.

Chongqing Niccolo is one of the best hotel I have been in China . The room was clean and spacious. The view was impeccable. The breakfast was 10/10. The juice is 100% freshly squeezed daily. The location of the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, lots of high end shopping boutiques. Overall I would give my short vacation a 10/10 and highly recommended. Nina is very friendly and welcoming. Next time I am in chongqing I will be back.

Great experience at Niccolo. Exceptional customer service, the staff Jasper was very attentive and and extremely helpful. Hotel room and installations are very confortable and well taken care. I would 100% come back.

We had a lovely experience staying at the Niccolo hotel! We were offered a free room upgrade and had an exceptional river view. The room was clean and the service was great. We ate at the Niccolo kitchen and the food was exceptional. Would highly recommend. Great thanks to Archer and the rest of the staff who gave us excellent service.

The hotel wasnt bad in the area but there is still improvement needed to do especially this is a 5 star hotel.
Cleaning staff should be a lot quieter at hotel corridor, at around 8am, my floor was pretty loud and it is a bit disturbing when staff were having loud conversations.
