The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfy, and the view from the window was amazing. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the option for in-room delivery was a fantastic touch – perfect for those mornings when you just can't face getting dressed for the restaurant. The location is super convenient, right in a bustling commercial area and next to a subway station. Housekeeping did an incredibly thorough job, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. Five stars, without a doubt! I've already talked to my friends, and we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

The service team is young and energetic, and Lily at the front desk was especially thoughtful and enthusiastic, quickly resolving any issues. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delivered to the room. The location is unbeatable, very close to the commercial district and the subway, with excellent subway connections making it easy to get anywhere.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right near Tianjie, making shopping and dining a breeze. It's also a quick 5-10 minute walk to Metro Line 1. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist. Breakfast is delivered to your room, but you need to order it a day in advance. I really appreciated that the front desk would even send a WeChat message to remind me if I forgot while I was out exploring – major thumbs up for that! However, there were a few minor downsides: 1. On the second day, I asked the front desk to have extra water bottles put in the room when it was cleaned. I even heard them tell housekeeping over the phone, but when I returned in the evening, there were no extra bottles. 2. I extended my stay for three nights, and when I came back on the second evening, the duvet cover and sheets hadn't been changed. Usually, hotels change them after two days, so maybe the policies are different in Chongqing. 3. The breakfast looked good but didn't taste as good. The egg pancake on the second day was already cold when it arrived. I definitely prefer a self-serve buffet style.

I always choose Kuanrong Hotel for business trips; I've been here many times. What really sticks out is the service. Every time I walk past the front desk, they greet me. During my stay, they also offer breakfast and afternoon tea, which is great value for money. Xiao Chen always serves with a smile, and the overall experience is excellent.

I initially thought the environment was a bit old-fashioned and overall mediocre, just staying one night for a concert. But after I left, I realized I had forgotten some valuables. The housekeeper called me to let me know and mailed them to me. The service attitude was truly exceptional. I specifically chose a suite at the Kuangrong Times Tianjie branch because I wanted a spacious room, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The mattress in the bedroom was just the right firmness, and the pillows were at a comfortable height, ensuring a really good night's sleep. The room also came with a mini-fridge, which was super convenient for storing drinks and fruits I bought. Among the many hotels I've stayed at near business districts, this one offers a truly great experience. The room facilities are very comprehensive, perfectly meeting daily needs. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and the hotel's location is also very convenient for transportation. Both the Shiyoulu and Yuanjiagang subway stations are close by, making it easy to visit other attractions. Definitely recommend it.
