Weicheng Hotel (Xiejiawan Metro Station Vientiane City Branch)

The hotel has a great location, easy to find, with a convenience store downstairs and shopping malls nearby. Environment: The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was soft and comfortable, and everything was provided. Service: The service was very good; I look forward to staying here again.

I booked a family suite, but the room was extremely noisy. There was absolutely no soundproofing; it was just a single plank wall with gaps that allowed you to see outside. The noise from the air conditioners and traffic kept me awake all night. I had originally booked two nights, but I couldn't stand it anymore and quickly cancelled the booking. There was nowhere to hang clothes in the bathroom. Although you can use a card to access the elevator, you can just walk anywhere on the stairs. The front desk service was good, but the facilities were really poor.
