Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Service: Very thoughtful; they even created a WeChat group just for us. Welcome snacks: Saw complimentary snacks on the table upon arrival. Butler service: Extremely attentive, providing daily recommendations for attractions, various delicious foods, and tips to avoid common tourist pitfalls.

First time in Chongqing and I randomly booked this place, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! All the amenities are well-stocked, and the bedding is comfortable. The screen casting worked great. You need a key card to access the upper floors, which adds a nice layer of security. There's also a delivery locker downstairs. The back-office service was excellent and thoughtful! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel stay, it completely changed my dad's impression of B&Bs! He couldn't believe how affordable it was, yet so incredibly clean and tidy. The apartment is also very spacious, making my parents feel right at home, very comfortable and at ease. The air conditioning's heating is incredibly powerful; we even woke up hot in the middle of the night. My dad specifically told me to write two reviews when I posted a good one – one for me and one for him! Giving this our double recommendation!
