SEYA Panoramic Hotel - Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship (Managed by SEYA GROUP)

We only stayed for one night but it was a flawless stay. From check-in to check-out. Special accommodations were made where needed and the team were very attentive. Specific shoutout to KK and NouNou who were really responsive via WhatsApp and the front desk.

The location is top notch, walkable to most of attraction area, the services are beyond words, our helper Lulu, Moon and Beibei did everything and more to make us feel comfortable during the stay. They gave us the welcome drink and the gift for us to bring home. Beibei really helpful to contact our driver when we left our passport bag in the car. The storm spa was interesting, the photo session adding extra layer of their service. Yes it cost more than other, but with their service it is really worth it.

An Unforgettable Stay with Exceptional Hospitality! Our two-day stay at Seya Flagship at Jiefangbei was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality and warmth of the staff. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Whether we encountered them in the corridor or elsewhere in the hotel, they always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely special. The level of personalized service and attention to detail really made our stay stand out. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the highlights was having a private pool inside the room! Swimming while enjoying the view was such a unique and memorable experience, making our stay even more special. The thunder spa was another exciting feature that added a touch of luxury and relaxation to our visit. The location is near to all the tourist spot. The breakfast was enjoyable, although there is still some room for improvement in terms of both the Western and Chinese food selections and add more taste. With a little more variety and refinement, it could make the overall experience even better. Though, I love the complimentary afternoon tea. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay! The outstanding hospitality, beautiful room, and unique in-room pool experience made our two days truly memorable. The staff deserve special recognition for making us feel so welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend Seya Flagship to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Jiefangbei. We would be happy to return in the future!

The stay was spectacular! Moon and March attended to every one of our needs, and we were so close to the 1 and 2 metro lines which took us to everything we wanted to see! Would definitely stay again!

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The Storm Spa is very interesting and in general there's lots of nice scenes for photos for guests inside! The hotel is located very centrally, there's a lot of nice shopping centres and food just right across the street! I was paired with a dedicated concierge or "housekeeper" Kang Kang. Her English was great and her service was excellent. She responded promptly to all my questions and requests and really made everything feel easy and effortless. I would recommend the hotel and would definitely like to come back.

Great stay! The room was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. The futuristic design was really cool and made the whole experience feel unique. Our host, Beibei, was absolutely great and super nice, always making us feel welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

I mean this hotel is a knock out! Seya Hotel Chongqing is truly one of a kind. I loved the futuristic design, smart-room technology, thoughtful amenities and, of course, those incredible Chongqing skyline views. At night, the city outside looks almost unreal — mountains, skyscrapers, bridges and endless lights. What impressed me most was the genuine service. Orange, Wanting, Nuno Nuno and Wish were incredibly attentive throughout my stay and continued to deliver outstanding service even after I had checked out. They were still happy to assist with my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care really stood out to me. It’s as if I never left the hotel. The housekeepers also are exceptional. Keeping the hotel so clean and lovely! 🥰 As a solo traveller, I value hotels that feel like more than somewhere to sleep. Seya was a place I genuinely enjoyed coming back to after exploring the city. Modern, futuristic, stylish and very Chongqing. 🇨🇳✨ Top favourite hotel stays in China — truly exceptional place. Everything from checking in was exquisite, the baroque room came with a personal buttler, the hot tub was massive, enough more than 15 people, I would recommend this hotel to all visitors willing to live a little.
