SEYA Panoramic Hotel - Chongqing Jiefangbei Flagship (Managed by SEYA GROUP)

Convenient location to the famous Jie fang Bei. Love their 管家（心愿） service. Will definitely bring our family back here. They have this booking of stormy sea experience.

The service was a 10/10 I really enjoyed my stay here and the best part and main reason I booked this hotel was the storm spa which was amazing.

Fantastic place with amazing rooms. Perfect view, excellent service. Bebe was very helpful and so was everyone else in the hotel. A great place to stay and relax after busy days in Chongqing.

I had an amazing stay here. The hotel has complete supporting facilities, convenient transportation, and 24-hour butler service. My butler, Yuyuan, is very considerate and polite, and the room is very clean.

Everything when I was living is very nice and the environment is so quiet and gorgeous I got a perfect travel in Chong. I just wanna notice my housekeeper.Miaomiao and moon they are very nice

Overall, we had a great stay. The huge bathtub was amazing and easily fit both of us, the bed was very comfortable, and the 24-hour butler service was excellent. The only downside was the early check-in. We arrived at 8am after a midnight flight and were told the room would be prioritised. We were later told it would be ready around 12pm, but when we returned at 2pm, it still wasn't ready due to cleaning. We only got the room after checking again around 2:30pm, which was quite tiring after an overnight flight. We weren’t the only ones waiting for a room at the lobby.. there were 6-7 different groups. That said, the team handled the service recovery very well and really went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Their genuine care made up for the inconvenience, and we'd happily stay here again.
