I'’m giving the S.E.Y.A. Panoramic Hotel (Chongqing) a well-deserved 5 stars. My son, one of my employees, and I stayed three nights just a few days ago on a business trip, and we all agreed this was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the hotel feels elevated and thoughtfully designed. The aesthetics throughout the property — especially the rooms — are unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The room itself was extremely stylish, with beautiful color themes, smart lighting, and a modern layout that feels both luxurious and comfortable. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the pool in the room — and I mean a real pool. It’s large, it’s private, and it’s an experience you don’t forget. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and I’ve never seen anything like it. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and every staff member I interacted with was helpful and professional. A special thank you to my housekeeper, Lulu — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I genuinely appreciate her and the entire team. One of my favorite touches was how the hotel would text me each night to ask what I wanted for breakfast, then deliver it exactly when I requested — always on time. Even the service robot was a fun and impressive detail that added to the overall experience. The view from the 51st floor is breathtaking — easily one of the best views I’ve ever had from a hotel room. And the location is perfect: you’re in a central area with tons of food options, which made everything convenient during our trip. Staff was very friendly especially March, Orange, and Yuyuan. The hotel itself is amazing and all the amenities and services provided are fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel has a storm-themed bar and an afternoon tea restaurant, and the rooms offer great views of Chongqing's night skyline. The service is also very attentive; they helped with laundry and even picking up takeout. Orange the butler was excellent.

The location of this hotel is the heart of Jiangfangbei walk street which is very convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful during our stays. Definitely coming back here again!!

Seya hotel jiefangbei has great location, right opposite to jiefangbei, with impressive amenities such as dyson hairdryer, children shower amenities, fitness center, storm spa. The staff with personalized butler is very pampering. Service and response is top notch. We enjoy our stay alot

We are very satisfied with the room and great service. Qiuqiu is very good as she informed us that I left my eyeglasses in the room. She offered to organise shipping of my eyeglasses to send to the hotel in Chengdu. Appreciate her efforts! very fast response. Great work! Our butler, Nuo Nuo was very patient and helpful in navigating how the projector works and finding english movie. Very fast response. Nice work

We really enjoyed our time. The staff were very helpful and attentive when needed. We especially were made to feel very welcome by our server at the bar, she was very charismatic and incredibly helpful, so special shout out to her.

March was very nice at reception, and I was able to have a great time at the storm spa. The room comes with a bathtub included overviewing Chongqing, which I thought was really nice and relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience.

I 100% recommend this location! It’s walkable to shops and restuarants. I was assigned a personal housekeeper Shanyue and she was wonderful! She made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel was clean with personal toiletries as a well as nice to have items such as a towel warmer and bubble bath.

The stay was great! Highly recommend for a great experience. Tutu and Nuo Nuo made the stay perfect, no notes! Stay for a great time!

Excellent hotel with amazing view, Moon and Luobo were very helpful and kind facilitating our laundry and delivering shoes to be cleaned and dried outside the hotel. Room AI voice assistant is pretty cool

The stay was amazing, room was great, beautiful view, storm spa was so relaxing, everyone is very kind nice and helpful. Especially thank you to Luo bo and my Amazing butler Orange, she was available all the time and helped with everything. I will be definitely coming back one day.
