Our original booking at the 4-star Jiangdao Holiday Hotel was full, but Trip.com proactively helped us upgrade to a same-star-level plus hotel for free, which was a super pleasant surprise ✨. The hotel boasts Bulgari-style light luxury decor, creating a fantastic ambiance. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the room service was meticulous. The room offered great views, and the location near Jiefangbei and Hongyadong made getting around and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Overall, our stay was perfect, highly recommended! 2͏

This hotel is great! They even have a luggage delivery service, which is perfect for families traveling with kids. We could go straight to shopping and eating before heading to the airport. I stayed in a duplex suite this time, with two floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. Downstairs, there's a living room and an open-plan bar, while upstairs the bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The spiral staircase frames the river view perfectly – every photo I took looked like it was straight out of a design magazine, truly amazing! The room has a fridge, which was super convenient for cold drinks. The toilet is a smart bidet, nice and warm when you sit on it. The projector is really smart too, with quick screen mirroring, and the whole room is voice-controlled. Coming back to the hotel every day for a bath was so delightful and relaxing! 😭
