Smart toilet and auto blind but only half window. It seems two rooms were crammed in on top of each other on one floor.

Stone Hotel-Such a Gem!
I honestly didn’t expect much, but I was so pleasantly surprised.
First, location is unbeatable-right in front of Raffles City in Chongqing, with multiple train exits practically at your doorstep (just few seconds away). Super central and perfect for sightseeing or shopping sprees (there’s even a multi-level mall next door-hello, purses and luggage on the 10th floor!).
Second, it’s affordable but gives you real value for money. We could walk everywhere, which saved so much time and hassle.
Third, it’s very clean and spacious. Our tatami-style room was big enough for two, and the view was priceless. In fact, we felt so comfy here we even extended our stay by three more days!
And most importantly-the staff. Always friendly, super helpful (even with luggage and WeChat translations), and they went above and beyond to help me replace my broken hair iron online and buy a new luggage.Special shout-out to Loye and the two lovely ladies on the night shift—thank you for all your help!
I would recommend Stone Hotel to everyone. It truly felt like a blessing to stay here.

Great location with a nice view. Convenient metro basically at the doorstep and the staff were very helpful (quick check in and helped with bags when late for our train). All around can recommend for staying in Chongqing.

Booked the hotel as my friend had a good experience previously. However, when I arrived, there was no one manning the reception counter and I found 2 receptionists sleeping.
We were allocated to a room that requires us to climb many flights of stairs despite us having heavy luggages. To our surprise, the room was wide open and the entire toilet was filled with smoke smell. Toothpaste was used before as well. Slippers were still drenched. Overall, a terrible experience despite its excellent location. Hopefully, this will serve as a reminder!
