Stunning room and very friendly staff; they showed us how everything in the room worked and they even refunded our breakfast tickets as we didn’t use them. Lovely hotel!

Spectacular views with a mall and street food corners nearby. Cool experience to have a smart room with automated assistance. The bath tub was large and beds were comfortable.

Absolutely Phenomenal! You would rarely come across such a hidden gem, any where in the world, let alone just China. The politeness and professionalism of the really well presented staff would be apparent as soon as you get on the 9th Floor where this Beautiful new hotel is on. The use of marbles on every inch of the property is such a cool sight... The fact that smoking was allowed in selected rooms was an awesome plus too. Highly Recomended!! Especially the Ground Floor rooms.

I just stayed there for a few nights in October and I truly had an amazing experience. The location was great since it was right across from Raffles City and in the heart of jiefangbei. A subway station is right outside the building doors. Room was exactly as pictured and beautiful. What made the stay the best of my travels in awhile was the service. Everyone was so helpful and warm. They went out of their way to help and make it pleasant. I left my headphones in a spa in the building after I checked out and they were able to get to back to me. The hotel was excellent, and the service was outstanding. We were immediately offered water upon check-in, which was a thoughtful gesture, especially given the hot and humid Chongqing weather. Although the room we originally booked wasn’t available, the staff upgraded us to a better room, which we truly appreciated.
