The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any issues. However, the hotel constantly smells of cigarette smoke. I understand that smoking may be allowed, but there should at least be a proper ventilation system in place. Other guests should not have to be affected by other people’s smoking. Also pictures of the room completely misleading, the view/window size are completely false. The window is hobbit size, as if the room was cut in half to create space for another one on top.

The room was beautiful, and the hotel's surroundings were lovely. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay. The staff were all friendly, enthusiastic, and very helpful. The only minor inconvenience was that you had to use an elevator to get in and out of the hotel, and during peak times, the wait could be quite long, sometimes even up to 15 minutes. If the elevator situation could be improved, the overall experience would be even more perfect.
