The first night, my room had a strong smoke smell. After speaking with the front desk, I was moved to the 13th floor on the second night, which was much better. I ended up extending my stay for another night, so I stayed a total of 4 nights. The staff were all very nice, and because of the hot weather, I needed bottled water frequently, which they always provided. The hotel's location is great, very convenient for getting around, with a subway station right downstairs.

The overall service was excellent, truly outstanding. When checking out, the front desk lady even gave me two local specialties, which was a very thoughtful gesture and I was really touched. However, the hotel's location was a bit tricky to find; Gaode Maps (Amap) failed to navigate me there several times. I eventually had to switch navigation apps to find it. When I finally arrived, the lady was already waiting for me at the entrance, and my frustration immediately disappeared. Also, for those driving, the parking garage definitely tests your driving skills. Other than that, my overall stay was quite satisfactory.

A hotel with the best location in ChongQing. Subway at basement with No.1 and 3 MRT which you can ride to almost all the famous tourist spots. Service was excellent, the staff are prompt and so helpful, you can WeChat message with them anytime and someone will attend to you (hotel phone doesn’t seem to work). Hotel is located in a building, so the elevator is shared and not the cleanest, but the locations and amenities in the hotel more than make up for it. Rooms are clean, spacious and daily housekeeping is conducted. Aircon works very well. Bathroom is spacious and well maintained, there is rain shower. I wished the bathroom door was more opaque though. Free self service laundry is available, you can scan to get notified when laundry is done. There are a few small eateries selling local food which is suitable for non-local palates, and a convenience store. I would definitely stay here again!

The location of this hotel is really strategic. The hotel is located right on top of the subway station and there is a direct access from one of the subway station exit. The room is clean and the amenities is complete. There is also a laundry room that you can use for free, though it can be a bit crowded.

The room was super clean, really well-kept! We arrived pretty early, and I was worried we wouldn't be able to check in yet and would just have to store our luggage. But I asked, and they actually had a room ready, so we got to check in early! I'm so grateful for that. We even got to rest a bit before heading out to explore. The hotel is really quiet, and you can take the elevator directly to the subway from downstairs, so no worries about going out in the rain. The location is truly excellent.
