Hi Inn Hotel (Chongqing Guanyinqiao Huangnibang Subway Station)

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, spacious, and bright, with no strange odors. The location was convenient, close to the subway station, and surrounded by many food options. The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered chilled bottled water. The soundproofing was superb, ensuring a very comfortable sleep.

On my second day, I got numerous bites on my legs. Even though I found bugs on the sheets, I figured it was unavoidable given the hot and humid southern climate. I didn't even complain when customer service called me for a follow-up. I thought they were just mosquito bites until I got home and found dead ants all over my clothes in my suitcase. I have a severe history of hives, and each flare-up requires injections or IVs. These bug bites triggered another severe allergic reaction. I even had an exam the next day and had to tough it out with allergy medication. During the follow-up call, I learned that staff often offer small incentives for guests to hide real issues, and these fake positive reviews led me to believe this place was good, leaving me completely in the dark and bringing a suitcase full of bugs home. Our chat history also shows that I didn't plan to complain much, and frankly, I didn't even intend to lay much blame! However, the staff called me again when I didn't reply to their WeChat message. I reluctantly told them there were too many 'toxic mosquitoes.' Everything I've said is true. If you have sensitive skin, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Hanting Hotel has always been my top choice when I travel. They provide disposable bath towels and hand towels, which makes it very clean and hygienic. I also love the natural wood decor. It's part of the Huazhu Hotels Group's budget-friendly options, and I highly recommend it. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and even gave us a free upgrade to a room with a window.

The location is super convenient, close to the light rail station, and it's easy to get a taxi to Guanyin Bridge. The room was very clean. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and helpful. When I couldn't scan for the dryer late at night to do laundry, I contacted her and she resolved it immediately.

The room offers great privacy, and the overall layout is clean and bright. It truly lives up to the HUAZHU brand's reputation. It seems to have opened in 2025, so it's super new, which gives a fantastic impression. The service was also excellent; the front desk staff were very welcoming and all my requests were promptly met!
