Fairy Mountain Hash International Hotel

I booked a five-day stay based on good online reviews, but after checking in that afternoon, I decided to look for another place. It wasn't terrible, but it didn't meet my expectations. Perhaps my standards for hotels are different. 1. From the outside, the hotel looks a bit unstylish; the lobby is large and empty, lacking good design, and indeed feels a bit like a county guesthouse. However, the room was clean and spacious enough, and quiet with the window closed. 2. Facilities are quite basic: no wardrobe, just a simple clothes rack; no fridge, no safe, and no full-length mirror near the entrance. The door requires a strong push to close, making a loud noise. There's no trash can under the sink, so I had to share one with the toilet, which has a door that needs to be pulled open outwards to throw trash, which is a bit inconvenient. I asked the front desk for an extra trash can, and they immediately agreed and provided it. The smart toilet in the bathroom makes a very loud noise, loud enough to scare a sleeping baby awake. The duvet was too thick, completely unnecessary – it was uncomfortable whether I used it or not at night, and there was no lighter alternative in the room. Only purified water and tea were provided in the room, no coffee. When I asked the front desk, they said I could order from Ruixing (Luckin Coffee), haha! Well, at least the hot water comes out quickly, and the quality of the tissues in the room is excellent, which I appreciate. Downstairs, the swing in the children's play area has no anti-fall bumper, posing a huge safety hazard for smaller infants. Although a sign on the wall states it's for children aged two and above, the equipment itself seems designed for infants, and kids over two probably wouldn't enjoy playing there. So, it basically just serves as decoration? 3. The breakfast restaurant is good, clean, and though the food isn't gourmet, it feels thoughtfully prepared and filling. The restaurant staff were very polite and enthusiastic, which helped alleviate much of the dissatisfaction I had with the room. 4. Overall, I appreciate the service, especially for adding a baby crib. The duvet in the crib (also super thick) was clean and comfortable, but the crib itself didn't seem to be of the best quality. 5. The integrated tourist attractions are obscure and not very interesting, not worth visiting. Perhaps because they are not popular, I noticed they are bundled with many hotels.

Facilities: The room facilities are quite new, and the parking lot is also quite large. It's very convenient as it's directly opposite the visitor center. The hot spring tub is also a nice touch, though it's a bit inconvenient to dispose of trash in the bathroom, and there's no trash can at the vanity. Service: The service was excellent with smiling staff throughout. There were also attendants in the breakfast area, robots cleaning the bathrooms, and even staff in the restrooms on the first floor.

The hotel's location is great, about a 500-meter walk from the tourist center. We originally booked a room without a window, but the front desk lady upgraded us for free, which was really nice. The room was clean and tidy, and they provided instant noodles and snacks, plus a sewing kit – very thoughtful details! The hotel breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of choices. I highly recommend staying here!

The room was absolutely fantastic – clean, smart, and we booked a garden room. Waking up in the morning and opening the door to fresh, cool air was incredibly comfortable; it instantly felt like a vacation. The hotel front desk service was also exceptionally good, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. They even provided complimentary late-night snacks, which was very convenient for our plans the next day. The location is also super convenient, right across from the visitor center with plenty of dining options nearby. There's parking available both in front and underground. I really think this is the best choice when visiting Fairy Mountain.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the tourist information center. The facilities are brand new, as expected from a hotel that just opened this year (2025). The smart features are also well-implemented. The accommodation, laundry, and breakfast services are all excellent, and there's a dedicated charging area which makes parking and charging very easy. The dining options right outside are also quite varied. Overall, it's a truly great place.

Facilities: The environment is good. Hygiene: There was hair in the showerhead in the room's bathroom, which was a bit disgusting. Environment: People were constantly smoking in the lobby. Service: I spoke to the front desk lady about people smoking, but she didn't intervene, seemingly hesitant to offend anyone. The next day, I still saw people smoking, and an ashtray was permanently on the table. The no-smoking signs were effectively useless!

The hotel is right next to the scenic area, making travel very convenient. It's well-managed, the rooms are clean, and the views are expansive. The facilities are relatively new, and importantly, the weather is great, making it a good choice for a summer escape. Fairy Mountain is very photogenic, and the Three Natural Bridges and Longshui Gorge in Wulong are natural wonders worth visiting.

This hotel is a definite recommendation! It's brand new and sparkling clean, with excellent service. The location is incredibly convenient, right across from the visitor center. The breakfast spread was fantastic too. This trip was a last-minute decision, and I'm so pleasantly surprised by this wonderful unexpected discovery!
