UrCove by Hyatt Hotel Chongqing Jiefangbei Area Hong Ya Dong

We had a wonderful stay at UrCove by Hyatt Chongqing and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. The hotel is modern, clean, and offers excellent value for money. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a beautiful city view at night. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming., hey were patient, helpful, and always made an effort to assist us. The location is also very convenient. It's just a short ride to Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, and other popular attractions, with plenty of local food options and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

Pros: - Great location, walking distance to popular sights, tasty hot pot restaurant just few steps away. - The room was spacious, clean, with standard amenities and japenese toilet. - Breakfast was diverse. - Free self laundry service. Cons: -The room we booked was called river view, but you could only see river from one angle. The view was mainly of Raffles City which is still stunning. Perhaps it would be better to change the name to avoid confusion. - We were told to contact staff on wechat, but they didn’t accept our friend request. This could be improved. - There were only 2 elevators which were shared with another hotel, so it was little slow.

Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Room was very spacious anf bed was also comfortable. Fantastic location within walking distance to shopping and city. But facilities quite limited.
