Four Points by Sheraton Chongqing

The hotel is relatively new and in an excellent location, right above a pedestrian street. It's only about a ten-minute walk to Hongyadong. I stayed for four days this time, and all the hotel staff were very friendly. Anne, in particular, provided fantastic one-on-one online service, taking care of all my needs perfectly. It was a great experience! 👍

Big thumbs up for this hotel! Tina was a great help, getting everything sorted before I even checked in. I just picked up my card upon arrival – the service was so warm and efficient. The room was spotless, the bedding comfortable and odor-free, making for a really relaxing stay. Chongqing is absolutely beautiful; the night views are mesmerizing. My kids loved the billiard table at the 'Great Tang Eight' on the 29th floor – great for family fun! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Five stars, highly recommended!

My family and I had a very poor experience staying at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel entrance requires climbing a very high set of stairs, and there's no accessible ramp. I'd advise caution for anyone with large luggage, babies, or elderly family members, as it's extremely inconvenient. (Although the facilities aren't great, I do want to commend the porters at the entrance; they were very down-to-earth and always proactively helped guests with their luggage when they were using the stairs.) The hotel lobby is on the 29th floor, so you have to go up to the 29th floor to check in, and then drag your luggage down to your assigned room on a different floor. The two elevators are incredibly slow, wasting a lot of time getting up and down. The different room types, like 'Deluxe Room,' 'Executive Room,' and 'View Room,' only differ in name and price, with not much actual distinction. The room type you get is like a blind box, assigned based on your check-in time. It's also inconvenient to communicate and resolve issues with the front desk staff, who are up on the 29th floor. They come across as condescending and unconcerned, not genuinely trying to resolve guest needs but just going through their work procedures. There are many other hotels, both large and small, in the area, and they are all very convenient for sightseeing.

My stay here was absolutely stress-free! The day before I arrived, Alisa proactively added me on WeChat. She was incredibly enthusiastic, thorough, and attentive, sending me information on dining and attractions. These weren't tourist traps, but places locals frequent, and the ones I tried were quite reliable. She arranged a fantastic room for me – it was quiet, well-insulated, and got plenty of sunlight. The hygiene was excellent, everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Since it was hot, they even provided six bottles of mineral water in the room, making it the most generous hotel with water I've ever stayed at. While it doesn't cost much, it really showed their sincerity. Staff responses were instant, and the robot delivery for room service was super fast. This is the closest hotel to Jiefangbei, with great views. The parking lot downstairs made transportation convenient, unlike some neighboring hotels surrounded by chaotic, smelly small shops. I originally only booked two nights, but I was so comfortable that I extended for two more days. Alisa even helped me keep my original room so I didn't have to move my luggage. She was always there for me, responding instantly to any request. This definitely deserves five stars, and I'll be back! Very satisfied with the service!

I contacted them in advance, and they arranged a fantastic room with a wide view of Chongqing's iconic landmarks, which was stunning both day and night. Tina was incredibly enthusiastic, helped me plan my itinerary, and recommended some truly authentic local food. Chongqing is such a captivating city, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Five stars, highly recommend!

The hotel's location is superb, right next to Jiefangbei, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a city view king room upon check-in, offering fantastic views of Jiefangbei's night scenery directly from the room. The room facilities are very new, the lighting creates a cozy ambiance, and the mattress is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Despite being in a bustling area, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring a quiet and private space for a high-quality rest. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience. If you're staying in Jiefangbei, Chongqing, this hotel is definitely a top choice, and I would consider staying here again.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect. It's so convenient to find places to eat and shop downstairs, and getting a taxi is quick and easy. The best surprise was Alisa adding me on WeChat after I booked, asking for my arrival time and any requests. She got the room all set up in advance, so when I arrived, I just grabbed my card and went straight in – zero waiting. Breakfast also exceeded my expectations, with a great selection of hot dishes, a noodle station, and plenty of fresh fruit, all tasting great. Alisa was always quick to respond and very friendly; she'd sort out any issues immediately. For the location and her amazing service, I'd definitely come back! Five-star rating!

The hotel is right next to Jiefangbei, so the location is excellent. There are young men at the entrance who help with luggage; they came running over as soon as they saw us, so kudos to them! They were also happy to answer questions about good local restaurants and how to get to attractions (the boss should give them a bonus!). The room conditions and cleanliness were good, with no strange smells. The mini-fridge offered a variety of cold drinks, which the kids really liked. The TV even displayed our names as a welcome message, and late check-out was available. My only suggestion is to speed up the check-in process or add more staff, as the wait can be quite long during peak times.
