My stay at Intercity Hotel was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations, especially the breathtaking surroundings! I initially chose it for its convenient location, but the stunning scenery around totally blew me away. The hotel's location is incredible – just a few minutes' walk from expansive viewpoints. Whether it's a morning stroll or an evening walk, you can truly immerse yourself in nature. With lush greenery and fresh air, every photo taken here looks like a postcard, no filter needed! My social media was flooded with people asking for the location! Beyond the amazing views, the hotel itself is incredibly reliable. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities you need and comfortable bedding, ensuring a very restful stay. The staff are super friendly and efficient with check-ins. They patiently answered all my questions and even gave great recommendations for lesser-known scenic routes nearby, which were incredibly helpful! The dining deserves a shout-out too; breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, perfect for fueling up before exploring the area. Transportation is also top-notch, making it super easy to get to attractions, go sightseeing, or shop. Taxis and public transport are readily available. Overall, it offers incredible value for money – combining beautiful surroundings with a comfortable stay. It's perfect for both leisure and business trips. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose Intercity Hotel again next time!

Five stars, highly recommended! This is a hidden gem for a Chongqing trip; I'll definitely choose it again next time! The location is absolutely unbeatable. It's just a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and the Shibatil Scenic Area is right at the entrance. Strolling back to the hotel after enjoying the night view is incredibly pleasant, no need to squeeze onto the subway or hail a taxi. The surrounding area is also a treasure trove, with all sorts of hot pot and Sichuan cuisine readily available. There are convenience stores within walking distance, and a subway station right outside the door, making transportation and dining incredibly hassle-free. The room experience was fantastic! We got an upgraded room, and the Sealy mattress was just the right firmness, with clean, odor-free bedding, ensuring a wonderfully sound sleep. The entire room features smart controls for lighting and curtains, which are easy to operate and feel very high-tech. The rainfall showerhead provided stable and ample hot water, making for a superb bathing experience. The cleanliness was beyond reproach; every corner of the room was spotless, the bathroom was dry and odor-free, and even the cups had no water stains, giving us complete peace of mind. The service was also excellent; they arranged our check-in in advance, and the process was incredibly fast. They even proactively provided us with a map of nearby attractions and a food guide. There's a one-on-one butler service, so any needs during our stay were quickly addressed. The cleaning staff tidied up meticulously every day and would actively replenish complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The buffet breakfast, combining Chinese and Western options, was incredibly rich, offering not only coffee, bread, and fruit but also Chongqing specialties like Chongqing noodles and wontons. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was authentic. The mini-bar in the room also had free drinks and beer, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was consistently smooth, perfect for work or streaming without any lag. The value for money is simply off the charts. The hotel also boasts nice views, with a bar and a pool that offer great scenic perspectives.
