The hotel is newly opened, so everything is clean and tidy. The location is excellent, with many important attractions within walking distance. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even offered a room upgrade. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and very delicious. Highly recommended.

The decor is modern, and all the facilities are quite new. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and room service for items is very prompt. The front desk staff are warm and polite, and their recommendations for local food were very thoughtful. The breakfast restaurant boasts a beautiful view, with the misty confluence of the two rivers creating a unique atmosphere. The breakfast itself is a blend of Chinese and Western options, featuring Chongqing's famous 'xiaomian' (noodles) and 'chaosho' (wontons), as well as various breads. They even have freshly squeezed cucumber juice, which was a nice touch for me. Overall, it was a great experience and worth another visit.

I chose to stay at the Wyndham Garden Chongqing Jiefangbei for my business trip to Chongqing this time. Overall, the experience was balanced – no excessive surprises, but no major issues either. The hotel lobby is located on a high floor of the World Trade Center, offering an expansive view as soon as you enter, unlike typical street-level hotels. The location is definitely its biggest advantage; it's just a few steps from Linjiangmen Metro Station, and within easy walking distance to the Jiefangbei Monument and Bayi Delicious Street. In the evening, you can walk to Hongyadong and Daijiaxiang without needing a taxi, and if you get tired from exploring, you can always return to your room to rest. This is very convenient for tourists or short-term business travelers. I booked a city view room. The room size was not cramped, and the bedding was moderately firm, allowing for decent sleep after several days of being on the go. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and essential toiletries were well-stocked. The smart toilet was easy to use. The soundproofing in the high-floor room was good; the noise from the bustling Jiefangbei commercial district downstairs barely reached us, which was a big plus. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a nice view, perfect for watching the lights of Yuzhong District slowly come on in the evening, and it was very relaxing to sit by the window and unwind. Regarding amenities, there's a self-service laundry room and a 24-hour gym, which is very convenient for longer trips. The breakfast selection isn't luxurious, but it includes Chongqing noodles, buns, porridge, and Western-style simple meals. The taste is more homestyle, and it's satisfying. The front desk staff's response time was decent, check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and luggage storage was hassle-free. To be objective, there were a few minor shortcomings. The building itself is older, so elevator wait times can be long during peak hours. Also, the air conditioning in some rooms had a slight noise when adjusting the fan speed. Overall, for its location in the core Jiefangbei area, the price offers high-floor views and excellent accessibility. It's best suited for guests who prioritize location and want to explore Yuzhong District conveniently, making it a good choice for both short business trips and tourism in Chongqing.

It was decent, nothing extraordinary, but good. The location is also quite convenient. The main highlight was the service; even food deliveries were brought to the room by a robot, and the front desk staff were quick to respond. Given it's a high-rise hotel, the views are pretty good, and the night scenery is particularly beautiful.

The room's mattress was soft and the room was quiet, so our baby slept soundly during his nap and woke up happy. In the morning, we leisurely headed to the sky-high restaurant for breakfast. The food selection was abundant, with congee, steamed dim sum, and freshly prepared Chongqing noodles, all very suitable for children's tastes. Breakfast is served until 11 AM, so there's no need to rush. We enjoyed our meal by the floor-to-ceiling windows while overlooking the river view. The room was clean and well soundproofed, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The location is superb, just a short walk to Jiefangbei, which was perfect for traveling with a child as we didn't have to trek far. Our whole family could rest up before heading out to explore, making for a truly fulfilling parent-child vacation experience. We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Chongqing! 👍
