the hotel was situated in a central location which made getting around very easy. the staff were amazing and really accommodating, going above and beyond what was expected. mujin, yueya, xingxing and CC were all amazing even when we arrived at 1:30am! the views from the hotel were great and all the amenities were fantastic. would stay here again 100%

Truthfully we booked this hotel for the views we had seen on other online reviews. However, after staying here it’s safe to say it is one of the my most favourite hotels I’ve been to in my travels. The hospitality level is unmatched - namely Carrot and Star were the true angels of my trip! I had thought I packed carefully and had left the hotel in a hurry to my next destination, the worst thing imaginable happened! I left my documents in the hotel, luckily Carrot and Star contacted me immediately and asked if I needed them back. They help coordinate the safe delivery and saved the rest of my trip, all while being kind and patient. Truly they went above and beyond! I will be returning here the next visit to Chongqing!

Overall we had a very good time at the hotel. Room and furniture quality was great, breakfast however didn’t exceed our expectations at all. Given the price of the hotel, we expected a broader selection of foods and overall better quality of the breakfast. The Butler-service from Carrot and Stars on the other hand was impeccable and staff was overall very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotloss and housekeeping kept the room in perfect order.

The hotel is located in the city center, right in the United Building, next to Xiaoshizi subway station and the cross-river cable car. Downstairs, there are many delicious food options nearby. It's very close to Luohan Temple, and not far from Jiefangbei, Hongyadong, Baixiangju, and Liziba. From the room, you can see 'Chongqing Nihao' and the Jialing River, with Longmenhao directly across the Yangtze River. It's also very convenient to get to Luzumiao and Daijiaxiang. The housekeepers, Xingxing and Yueya, were very professional. The room they provided was very quiet, the bedding was good, and I had a great rest.

What an unforgettable stay! The hospitality was amazing, and the butlers were incredibly attentive. Every morning around 8:30am, we received a WeChat message with the date, temperature, weather and vehicle restrictions, which was really useful for planning our day. They also let us know who our butler was for the day. We had Star, Yueya and Chongchong, who were all fantastic, with Star being particularly helpful. She even recommended a great nearby spa, which was well worth a visit! We also used the laundry service, which gives each room 10 complimentary items, with additional items costing ¥30 each. They don’t accept underwear (socks and pants), but this wasn’t an issue for us as we could easily wash and hang them in the room using the line provided in the large toilet area. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even our 6ft son had no complaints about the sofa bed! The bathroom was also very well equipped, with a separate hi-tech toilet from the shower area. The shower had both a powerful rain shower and hand shower, along with lovely individual toiletries. The shaver kit was an additional amenity that the boys found particularly handy, alongside the usual toothbrush kits, comb, vanity kit and bottled water that we’ve noticed are provided in the hotels we’ve stayed in so far. The large circular bathtub overlooking the city was another lovely touch that I couldn’t resist! They even provide a bath bag if you’re particularly concerned about hygiene, although the staff scrub the bath daily. We requested a river-facing room so we could watch the drone show on Saturday night, and they kindly made sure we got one. It was an amazing view! The only downside is that the lifts become extremely busy after the drone show, as they are shared with visitors to the Eye in the Clouds, which is a few floors higher. Having to take two different lifts can be a little inconvenient, but honestly, the incredible skyline views make it well worth it. All in all, a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this hotel.

High-rise hotel, next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay at Seya again. It's much better than the one downstairs. The room was a little bit old, but it was clean, and for me, cleanliness is the most important thing when staying away from home. The view was also good, and the service was excellent.

The front desk and cleaning staff were very enthusiastic, and the view was great. However, everything else fell short of what you'd expect from a chain hotel. For a room costing nearly 1000 a night, the entire floor was corroded and crumbling; they clearly couldn't be bothered to renovate it, only patching it up. On the first day, there were even dead insects in the corners of the room that hadn't been cleaned up.

very helpful staff, especially Aya and Crescent who were great housekeepers. Staff were very patient as our Mandarin is not great but luckily they spoke English too and maintained good communication with us via WeChat. Amenities were good, with toiletries being restocked everyday, and the bathtub came with a small rubber duck! Amazing location with a great view

Facilities: Exceptionally comprehensive. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Excellent. Service: Chóngchóng (虫虫) and Yuèyá (月牙) provided absolutely fantastic service! Highly recommended.

The room and servics were excellent, and offered unique view of the 8D city. The only down-point is the shared escalator. The hotel shared the access with other attractions in the same building, hence it is hell-ish to travel during summer. Our butlers (stars and crescent moon) were amazing. Helping me with laundry request, and were very responsive on wechat. It was an Amazing stay.

This hotel is located at the top of the famous mountain city, right below the 'Eye of the Clouds' on the 62nd and 63rd floors. We booked a Crystal Gallery room, and the view was absolutely incredible. We could see the confluence of the two rivers, Raffles City, the Grand Theatre, and the sprawling cityscape all at once. I'm sure the night view would be stunning, but unfortunately, every time I've stayed, I've returned too late at night, and all the city lights were already turned off. I definitely want to come back again and make sure to get back to the hotel before 10 PM to catch the unique night view of this mountain city. It's bound to be completely different from other vantage points. Since we were traveling with a child, the hotel was very thoughtful and even arranged a complimentary room with an extra bed for us in advance.

The location is perfect and the view is amazing. Stars and Yueya ware really helpful and welcoming.
