The hotel environment is great, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied with the taste and variety of the breakfast.

This hotel in Hechuan District is great. The rooms are nice, high-floor, and the facilities are new. Parking is convenient. It's a top choice for visiting Diaoyu City and Wenfeng Street in Hechuan. The front desk staff, Jason, was incredibly helpful!

The room facilities are all great, standard 5-star, though the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. The room had a wide-open view, was clean, and the service was on point. However, the front desk service needs improvement. Guests should be assigned the room type they booked, and it's unacceptable to change a guest's room type just because there's a conference.

Fantastic stay at Wenyue hotel, probably the best hotel I've stayed in the Hechuan area. The room is spacious and clean, and had a very nice view. The staff in the hotel are extremely helpful and kind, especially the front desk staff who checked me in. The housekeeping staff did a great job as well, keeping the room very clean and replenishing all the amenities very promptly. Definitely will recommend staying here!

The facilities are excellent, the location is great, there's a park nearby, and the staff provided excellent service—a stay that exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is tranquil, the lobby is grandly decorated, the room facilities are new, and the toiletries are of good quality. The breakfast selection is extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste is superb. The staff are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request—an overall excellent experience!

I always choose Wenyue when I travel for business. The front desk and room service staff are very friendly, and the mutton rice noodles for breakfast are delicious.

I rarely leave reviews, and I don't usually give bad ones, but I really couldn't help it. For a five-star hotel, the facilities are outdated, and the service is terrible. What's most infuriating is that in all my years of staying in hotels, I've never seen one where the air conditioning isn't even turned on. The excuse given to the staff was: something about cooling down, something about the upcoming college entrance exams, and they even explained it so confidently, without any sense of service. If you can't afford central air conditioning, don't install it! Is that an excuse? Does the room not have its own individual air conditioner? Do they think I'm stupid? I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat, and I couldn't get a good rest. Strongly negative review. I'm reporting this to Ctrip! Even a fan can't stop your hotel from being so high-end.

I didn't want to comment, but this is truly outrageous. I checked out before 9 AM and returned my room key to the front desk. Then, at noon, 2 PM, and 2:30 PM, they called me repeatedly, asking why my room door was open, whether I wanted to extend my stay, and where my room key was. Seriously, did I check out for nothing? I'm a long-time resident of Hechuan. Several years ago, I chose Wenyue Hotel for my homecoming banquet, and the food and accommodation were excellent. Now I don't live in Hechuan anymore, but yesterday I decided to stay one night and blindly chose Wenyue. I never expected the quality to decline so drastically in just a few years. Also, a word of warning to other guests driving: parking at this hotel is a major problem. There's a place that looks like you can park in front of the hotel, but it's actually not safe. Yesterday afternoon it was raining, and I thought I'd only be parking for a short while, and I left my phone number in the car, so I just parked anywhere. After parking, I found there was a charging station, and too lazy to move the car, I went back to my room. When I got back to drive over an hour later, I found my car locked, and they wanted HK$100 to unlock it. It was wrong of me to park my gas car in a charging spot, so I took the money and left. However, the parking spot was right in front of the hotel, and the hotel didn't provide any notice or assistance, which left me speechless. Finally, about the room: I checked in after 3 PM, and the front desk said my room hadn't been cleaned yet, so they upgraded me for free, which I agreed to. It was indeed a suite, but it was incredibly small, with two beds crammed into two rooms. The last time I encountered such a cramped room was in Hong Kong.
