The presence of smoke smell in the windowless room is an exceptional case. As smoking is not prohibited in our hotel and the time between the previous guest's check-out and your check-in was relatively short, the room didn't have enough time to be well-ventilated, thus leaving a residual smoke smell. Our hotel adheres to the service philosophy of "serving with emotion and doing things with heart", treating every guest with sincerity, enthusiasm and patience.
