Stains, poor sense of smell, this hotel is not recommended to live in, the experience is extremely poor.

This is a rubbish hotel. I booked this place for convenience because my friend lives nearby. I asked my friend to help me check it out. When I checked in, I was told that there was no room available and I wanted to change rooms. I came here with my family to play. I would like to change the room with two beds. The hotel has a bad attitude. I waited for a long time to check in and finally told you that there was no room. We booked 2 rooms and the next day we arrived and they were told that there was no room. Please do not book this hotel. There is no guarantee that a room will be available after booking. Please contact us in advance. He said yes, but when you arrived, he wanted to change you temporarily. If the hotel didn't agree, it would cancel the hotel for you, leaving you with nowhere to go, and there was nothing he could do about it. We won't accept guests when the room is full. Not to mention the moldy room and the dirty air conditioner. Because the room we booked together was unavailable, we changed hotels. We didn’t stay and the room fee was not refunded.

It felt like the hotel wasn't cleaned well. The previous guest's toothbrush was still there, and there were other people's drinks on the cabinet in my parents' room. Anyway, the hygiene was average. When I arrived at Shapingba, I called the boss seven or eight times but no one answered. It was really inconvenient! ! There were so many mosquitoes on the 8th floor where we lived that my husband and I didn't sleep well all night!

It's really rubbish. I booked a room in advance. I came all the way from far away in the middle of the night and they actually told me that there was no room available. So what's the use of booking a room in advance? Really speechless. When we arrived, it was said that the platform still took the order even though the room was full. I want to say that since the store knows, why can't you send a message or make a phone call to inform us in time? As a hotel owner, don’t you know who has booked a room at your place? This is completely irresponsible. I don’t know if it’s the store’s fault or the platform’s fault, and who should pay for this mistake. Anyway, it’s the customers who suffer in the end. We carry big and small bags and have to find another room on the street at night. It can only be said that the store and the platform have not fulfilled their responsibilities. If you make a mistake, it is reasonable for me to complain.
