I brought my mom to Chongqing for two nights and we were very satisfied. The location is right by Jiefangbei, so it's incredibly convenient to get anywhere. A huge thank you to Zozo for her service these past two days; she was truly attentive to our every need. I highly recommend everyone ask for Zozo!

This is by far the best concierge service I've ever experienced. The hotel's location and views are also excellent. I'll definitely consider Hyatt Centric again next time I'm in Chongqing.

It's incredibly convenient for getting around. Lying on the sofa at night and admiring Chongqing's night view was simply breathtaking. This was a family trip to a city we visit every year. This time, we decided to try a high-rise hotel with a view (as recommended online). The facilities were top-notch, the room size was just right, and it came with butler service that proactively reached out beforehand to understand our needs. They also offered value-added services upon arrival (cocktails 🍸 - worth it; travel photography - not recommended). When checking out, we even received a small gift (see pictures 9-10). The only downside was that the shower pressure was too low, incomparable to a standard hotel (perhaps due to the high floor).

It's rare to find a hotel that makes you genuinely want to leave a good review! The service was incredible and so thoughtful. It was raining today, and the staff at the entrance stayed with us until our car arrived, helping us load our luggage. Our car was parked across the street, and they were even worried about us getting wet. It felt incredibly, incredibly warm! Also, the cleaning staff I ran into, the front desk ladies, and even the gym staff were all so welcoming. This hotel definitely deserves a lot of credit for the wonderful two days we had in Chongqing.

Stayed on the 61st floor in a 270-degree river view room – the view was absolutely unbeatable! The service quality was impeccable, very warm and welcoming. The breakfast had a good selection of Chongqing specialties, and the hotel is very close to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. The bathtub created a wonderful ambiance!

Having stayed in this hotel for 6 days 5 night during this Christmas. Would like to share some of my experience.
(1) Hotel hardware: view and facility is good..The room is central air conditioning. Only warm air is available in Winter. Howver there is air-conditioning outside the room. We felt more comfortable than in the room. In order to make the better ventilation, we need to request the hotel to provide the fan in the room. It is ridiculous in 5 star hotel.
(2)Hotel software: the staff in the first floor and hotel cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. But the staff at 69 floor (the room check-in floor) are totally different. No regards , no smiling, no greetings from them. Is it the culture of Hyatt ? Or just a specific case.
No more Hyatt brand.
