The hotel room was very comfortable. It's located in a bustling area with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options right downstairs. Check-out was easy. The room was on a high floor with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. It was perfect for photos, offering different beautiful views at various times of the day, whether it was sunny or rainy. There's also a mini-fridge in the room stocked with drinks like Coke and Sprite.

Very good hotel, amazing view and very clean hotel. The amenities were very nice and clean as well. Everything you want to reach in Chongqing was easily and fast reachable by didi. The only downside is that the hotel is in a party part of town, and thus you have a lot of drunks and promoters in front of the entrance. You also get pushed advertisements for ************ slipped through your door, multiple times a night.

Checking in was smooth. When I extended my stay and needed to switch rooms, the front desk was very helpful and moved my luggage to the new room for me. Their service was great, definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve at this hotel. It was so much fun gathering with a few friends to welcome in the new year. The room's TV allowed us to cast our own content, which was perfect for playing our countdown video – it really set the mood! The black-themed decor is also super photogenic, highly recommended for anyone who loves taking pictures – you won't be disappointed!

The room is big, the beds are comfortable and the view of 9th street is great. However I booked the more expensive room for the big bath, the water pressure for the bath is so poor I was literally unable to fill the bath. It took so long to fill that by the time the bath was half full the water had already gone cold. This was room 3307. I've stayed in a different bathtub room in the past that did not have this problem.

It has been a nightmare, horrible place FAKE pictures, horrible smell, they did not even tried to help us, the receptionist was so “not in the mood of working” HORRIBLE, fake reviews. It is the WORST hotel I have ever been to. The bathroom smelt so bad, the shower was extremely dirty, dust everywhere… IT IS NOT possible for high price paid. So when we say that we need to go, they wanted us to book again a new room and pay more on the counter. I HATED THIS PLACE, so DO NOT GO!

The hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. The lady that checked me in and put was absolutely phenomenal. She recommended nearby restaurants and they even offer free laundry. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was pretty central and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit.
