We had big nice and spacious room. Receptionist by the name of Steve was very helpful to accommodate our request for a quiet room on a higher floor. The breakfast had a large variety with Western and Asian food. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

The room is old. This is fine, but there is no fan in the bathroom. The room smells of the bathroom the whole time I am here.
The entire hotel is very nice but old. However, the service was great. As expected at a Hilton. The pool is nice, but a little small. Gym is great.
This is 4min walk from a metro line and 20min DiDi from any location you want to go.

Great hotel and service. Laundry service not free, though. Location is not close to thr main Chongqing nightlife spots and if I were planning a trip, I would conaiderskmething closer for that.

⚠️ WARNING: Seriously Consider Other Options Before Booking ⚠️
If you are considering a stay at this hotel, do not even think about it. My experience was profoundly disappointing:
Infrastructure is from another decade: The hotel feels like you're living back in the 1980s. Everything is old-fashioned and in desperate need of a full renovation.
AC is Non-Existent (Unless it's Summer): If you plan on sleeping well, forget about it. They only turn the air conditioning on during the summer. Outside of that season, your only options are to check out or receive a malfunctioning standing fan.
Severe Language Barrier: Communication is nearly impossible. No one speaks English, only Chinese, which created immense difficulty.
Maintenance & Service Failures: Both of our rooms had bathroom doors that did not close properly. Service was generally bad, and the restaurant only offered limited food options.
A Huge Shoutout to Viky! The one person who made a massive effort to help us was Viky at the front desk. She deserves a 5-star rating for her dedication amidst the otherwise poor service.
I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.
