Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The male front desk staff on duty was fluent in English and very kind, which made our late check-in smooth. The hotel room furniture and amenities are a bit dated, but overall they were kept clean. However, we had a very unpleasant experience at the fitness center. After using the swimming pool, we tried to use the spin dryer in the changing room, but it didn't work. When we asked the fitness staff for help, they rudely dismissed the issue and bluntly said it was impossible without even checking. Fortunately, when we inquired at the 1st-floor lobby, a staff member named William helped us deal with this issue. He personally accompanied us back to the fitness center and thoughtfully arranged for us to use the staff dryer. We are deeply grateful for William’s professional and kind service. That being said, the hotel needs to address a few operational issues: The mini spin dryer in the changing room should be repaired or replaced promptly. The senior staff member at the fitness center showed a poor professional attitude —shirked responsibilities by pushing tasks onto a subordinate who claimed that day was her first day working at the hotel fitness center (believe it or not), and was impolite to guests. Service retraining for the fitness center staffs is strongly recommended.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and they even extended our check-out time until 2 PM without any fuss! Room service was prompt and responsive. A special thanks to Tang Wenwen and Xiao Wu – thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. Xiao Yang and Xiao Huang provided great service.

The Hilton Chongqing is conveniently located in the Yuzhong District's Lianglukou, very close to the subway station. The reception staff, Xiao Tang and William, were professional, provided excellent service, and were very welcoming. I was quite satisfied with the room after staying for one night.

Traveling solo to Chongqing, Vivi and Xiao Huang were incredibly warm and professional. The room was very comfortable, and I'll definitely book again if I have the chance!

I really enjoyed the dual option breakfast for both Western and Chinese food. Further, the gym, swimming pool and spa facilities were beautiful. Very affordable and amazing service.

The room was very clean; even though it's an older hotel, the bed and pillows were quite comfortable, and it was cleaned diligently. They even have robots delivering food. The hotel's location is truly excellent. A special thanks to Tang Mengting at the front desk for upgrading my room.

For my trip to Chongqing, I chose to stay at the Hilton Lianglukou, and overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Yuzhong District, right next to Lianglukou Metro Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to popular spots like Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the local Chongqing noodles were authentic and delicious, creating a wonderful dining atmosphere. The hotel's facilities were excellent, with a heated swimming pool and a gym that were both fully operational, providing great opportunities for relaxation and exercise. The front desk and concierge staff were professional and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. Although it's an established five-star hotel, it's well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. The overall value for money is high, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Chongqing. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

A classic Hilton hotel. The breakfasts are varied and delicious, with fruits, Chinese, and European cuisine available. The pool is pretty good, and the changing rooms have both hot and cold jacuzzis. Everything is clean and tidy, and there's a nice view from the window.

How to put it, it's quite interesting. I've been on two business trips to Changsha recently and chose this hotel both times. Both times, I was assigned to building 29. After staying for a day, I realized it was the same cleaning lady as last time. I told her we had met before, and she actually remembered my room number from my last stay (which was about half a month ago)! She's truly dedicated. The environment and air quality are excellent, and it's very conveniently located with good transportation access. The cleanliness is also impeccable.

Xiaolian and Xiaohan provided excellent and thoughtful service. The hotel environment was very good, and the breakfast was especially outstanding.

The bedding in the room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the hotel was quiet in the evenings. The personalized service in the guest rooms was highly professional, and the breakfast was abundant. The salad lunch I ordered was also delicious.
