Kempinski Hotel Chongqing

I really like the Kempinski brand, so when I brought my child to Chongqing, I chose the Kempinski Chongqing. The environment is great, and the facilities are comprehensive. Liangli's service was especially attentive; she arranged a lovely room for us and was able to help with all our requests. She even gave us some small gifts. Highly recommended!

The facilities are a bit old, but well-maintained, and the view is also nice.

Kempinski is a brand you can trust. The room I was assigned had a great view and it's not far from the subway station. During the recent Christmas season, the lobby decorations were also very thoughtfully arranged.

The hotel's location is excellent, just across the bridge, making it very convenient to get to Yuzhong District and Jiangbei District. The management of this long-standing five-star hotel is still very much on point. Emily at the front desk, in particular, contacted me early and upgraded my room. Just like the vibrant red dress she was wearing, she made me feel very warm and welcome! The entire front desk team was amiable and outstanding. The hotel's standard short-course pool is very clean, and the water temperature is perfect; it's the best I've experienced in any Chongqing hotel. However, the issue of aging facilities still needs to be addressed by the owner through renovations and upgrades. It would truly do justice to the hotel's excellent management team. I believe that after the renovations and upgrades, the Kempinski will only get better and better.
