Regarding the room on the -1 floor, the room you booked is a comfortable twin room with a courtyard view, room number 303/305; our homestay is a villa built on the mountain, and each floor has a different view. Although the elevator sign says -1 floor, it is actually on the 3rd floor. You can also see from your picture that there is a courtyard view outside the window; Regarding the use of the toilet, it is indeed that we overlooked that the elderly cannot use the smart toilet. I am really sorry that we did not receive the information and handle it in time. In fact, we have some basic medicines. Next, we will remind guests when they check in to avoid This situation happened again; Regarding the issue of takeout, this is a mountainous area with inconvenient transportation, and orders for medicines are generally not accepted in the middle of the night. The B&B has prepared some basic medicines; for catering, there are currently Ele.me, **, JD and other takeout platforms. There are a small number of merchants who can take orders for delivery. In addition, our housekeeper can also help with takeout services. Due to the location of our B&B, the delivery time for takeout is generally about 60 minutes. Service issues: After receiving your order, our housekeeper contacted you as soon as possible and sent you relevant check-in reminders (catering reminders) and transportation guide (with reminders of transportation routes and travel time to various scenic spots). There may be a lot of text, so you may have ignored it directly; after arriving at the store, you will be given a free self-service fruit and coffee; our housekeeper also actively dealt with your issues during your stay at the store; the service did not meet your standards, and we will continue to work hard; 3. Hygiene issues: We are trying our best to find a solution to this problem. Although we try our best to keep it clean, the vegetation in the mountains is rich and the ecology is good. Mosquitoes particularly like this kind of environment. We have mosquito repellents in the room, but mosquitoes are so strong that some can slip through the net. After you informed us of this, the housekeeper immediately went to your room to deal with the mosquito. Because we are in the mountains, mosquitoes do bother us for a long time in the summer. The dust accumulation under the bed that you patted was our work error. We will definitely pay more attention to the details of hygiene. 4. Laundry room issue: Because our B&B is built on the mountain, although the elevator indicates that the laundry room is on the -1 floor, it is actually on the 3rd floor. This is a typical Chongqing architectural feature, with each floor offering a different view. The laundry room is separate and has a washing table, fully automatic washing machine, and dryer, which is completely sufficient for laundry. Regarding the issue of darkness you mentioned, our staff will turn on the lights during their shift. It may be that the previous guest turned off the lights after using it, but the lights in our corridors are always on.
