Response from Property: 該點評客人反饋不實： 1.客人因國內app無法使用無法在線下續住單，前台才告知以網上價格線下預訂，附件有酒店變價記錄以及當天變價前同房型訂單，可佐證酒店網上價格（不計補貼）是94，前台按客人實際看到含補貼價格92讓客人付款現金，並非酒店價格歧視讓客人付款高價； 2.客人告知前台態度惡劣，經理20分鐘才回電，附件監控視頻可見前台未做任何歧視性表述和動作等，附件聊天記錄截圖和通話記錄錄頻、監控視頻都可見處理過程從9:08-9:14，並非客人表述的20分鐘； 3.客人點評也可知客人的情緒是因為國內各個付款軟件都不能使用才感受到被歧視從而給出差評，這並非酒店原因導致，
