Good services, great stay with clean room. Near a lot of attraction with walking distance

前台小宋服务很好，很热情. Room was pretty clean but found some cigarettes ashes. Great amenities and view from the tub. It is a very convenient location that is walking distance from Jiefangbei, 81 美食节，and a short walk to 18 梯. Initially there was a little hiccup from my room booking as my first night i was given a different room compared to my booking but it was rectified the next day thanks to the lady at the front counter.

Very good location and the views are insane, however, the amenities are rather old and not really high quality.

Good location in Chong Ching city which closed to shopping mall areas and city view.Highly recommended for travelers 👍

Honestly a really cool and convenient hotel in the middle of everything and close to public transportation. Could do with an upgrade and a very thorough cleaning. Be aware that bathroom has no door and toilet is basically in the room.

The hotel I stayed at in Jiefangbei during my trip to Chongqing provided an outstanding experience, and it deserves five-star ratings! It boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Jiefang Monument, with a bustling pedestrian street just steps away where you can find a variety of delicious food, including hot pot restaurants and snack stalls, and enjoy authentic Chongqing-style noodles and grilled braised brains for dinner, which is truly satisfying! Additionally, popular attractions such as Hongya Cave and Bijie Youchi Street are conveniently close by and can be reached on foot, which saves a lot of time and reduces transportation costs. The hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a simple yet fashionable design; the bedding is soft and comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a tiring trip; the soundproofing of the rooms is also quite good, ensuring that I won't be disturbed by the noise outside even at night; the bathroom facilities are fully equipped, with hot water that comes on quickly and sufficient water pressure. What I am most satisfied with is the service provided by the hotel; Xiao Ling, the receptionist, was warm and friendly, and she handled check-in and check-out procedures with great efficiency. She also proactively recommended nearby attractions and good restaurants for me, which was very considerate. The cleaning lady was also very diligent and ensured that the room was spotless every day. This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in the heart of Jiefangbei; I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing in the future, and highly recommend it to others!

Clean room including the shower stall.  The location at the end of Jiefangbei was good.   Room service missed a few things.  No Laundry room nor restaurant.  I would try other hotels in the area with laundry room.

Hotel location is perfect, steps from Jiefanba pedestrian street. Everything was so close by. Easy access to most tourist spots! Receptionist was very friendly and helpful at check-in. She also recommended some good local food restaurants for us which came out to be satisfied! The room a bit old but pretty clean and big enough, especially love the huge TV screen. We enjoyed watching during our stay. Communication was quick within mins and all friendly employees. We requested last min late check out & was approved without questions asked. Will definitely come back to stay in the future.

you’re paying the location, that’s all it’s within a business office building everything in the room is pretty old and overused

The view from the room is fantastic and the location right in the middle of jiefangbei is perfect to reach everything. Metro is really close. The staff, especially Ting Ting, were super helpful - we could even store something in their fridge and check out late.

Episode with a plan power outage. Forced us to get back to the hotel before 10 p.m. and couldn't get out of the hotel after 8:00 a.m. wasn't their fault but was neither compensated. other than that everything was perfectly fine.

Nice room with a great view, the location cannot be more central, the staff was always extremely helpful despite the language barrier, would definitely come back

Unfortunately the room smelled of cigarette smoke even though the room was non-smoking. The linens were spotless, but we found a cigarette butt in the shower (no smoking room…?!) and many more in the common hall carpet. Also soundproofing is really bad between rooms. On the bright side, the location is absolutely perfect!
