I discovered the most beautiful mountain hot spring in the foggy city at Bolian. It's a secluded paradise hidden within the thousand-year-old Beiquan hot spring, featuring private villa hot tubs. You can soak in ancient springs with the sound of the river as your lullaby, where Zen and nature intertwine. The endless river views transform your days into a leisurely vacation poem. Owen's service was also incredibly attentive. It's my top choice for a Chongqing getaway, offering a full dose of healing! ♨️

I come to Banyan Tree every year. It's funny, but I come here to work better. After finishing up, I enjoy some good food, soak in the hot springs, drink some tea, and get a good night's sleep. Puxuexue, the tea artist, was so gracious and elegant, she really deserves a special mention. All the staff at Banyan Tree Chongqing are wonderful.

Pros: The breathtaking views of Jinyun Mountain and the Jialing River are truly exceptional from this location. The hot spring facilities are also impressive, with a good variety of pools and a cleverly designed, intricate layout. Cons: The hotel's hardware facilities are quite outdated. For this price point, the hotel could definitely learn from the operational standards of top-tier brands. Furthermore, the breakfast selection is limited, and the toiletries in the room are of poor quality – these are areas with significant room for improvement. Large sections of wooden panels in the public areas are discolored or in disrepair. Overall: If you're looking for value for money, you might want to reconsider. However, if budget isn't an issue and you prioritize experiencing the beautiful scenery and hot springs, it's definitely worth a visit. Finally, the complimentary travel photoshoot provided by the hotel was a nice touch, and I'd like to commend the photographer, Zixuan, for her excellent service.

Chongqing Banyan Tree hotel is absolutely stunning! Nestled against Jinyun Mountain and overlooking the Jialing River, the rooms are hidden among a sea of trees. Each river-view villa has its own unique charm. The water quality for the private hot springs is wonderfully clean and clear, and the privacy is top-notch. The hotel's design and attention to detail are both exceptional. Owen's service was also fantastic. An amazing experience all around!

The Banyan Tree Chongqing Beibei is located right within the Old North Hot Spring Park, a place famous for its 'Ba Mountains Night Rain' and as the 'Homeland of Hot Springs.' It's a must-visit, especially for the ancient North Hot Springs, which is surrounded by lush greenery and a thousand-year-old hot spring temple. It offers a very serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and clearing your mind. The private hot spring on the room's balcony is incredibly comfortable and great for alleviating fatigue. Owen provided exceptional service. The hotel's design is very distinctive, with every room offering views of the Jialing River.

The environment: The decor and aesthetics are still top-notch, truly complementing the beautiful views. Service: The staff were all very polite and even kindly informed us that we could directly access the hotel from the riverside path. Half-mountain garden hot springs: It was less crowded at night, very tranquil. The natural hot springs are very popular and definitely worth a visit!

The service was excellent, and the room was great too. It had a very thoughtful design, especially the wind chimes and flowing water by the entrance. The hotel restaurant served good, unique food. Since we visited on a weekday, the hot springs weren't crowded, which was a plus. They even knew it was my birthday and decorated the room in advance.

Service: I arrived at 7 AM due to personal reasons, and while most staff were still resting, the front desk attendant on duty was incredibly patient and friendly. He also accommodated all my reasonable requests. Overall, I felt very comfortable and would be happy to return.
