房間有點老舊，但是環境是不錯，千萬不要選一樓，麻將聲音太大

前台態度之惡劣前所未有。先是打電話核實辦理的入住天數，遭到呵斥：“我沒給你打電話，你就不要打電話給我”。之後問漏給的餐票，前台拒絕現在給，要求用餐當天再去前台取，後面直接去要才不情願給出。然後取游泳票，前台公然謊稱游泳館五一這幾天都沒開放，被我拆穿後改用充滿嘲諷的口氣説，由於我的房間價格便宜，因此沒有游泳票。
首先，我是正規渠道預訂的商務標間含兩早，如賓館人員覺得此房型此時間段是被特殊對待的，建議改標“特價房、不含早、不能游泳”。其次，價格高低是賓館的經營策略，不是服務員惡劣對待顧客還公然撒謊的理由。最後，既然不是外招了，建議前台大姐放下身段，適應市場經濟。

在西彭是很不錯的酒店了，性價比非常高，房間不算很大，還算乾淨。浴巾和毛巾太舊了，該換了。早餐比較簡單，畢竟房價不高。免費泳池是最大亮點，但是學游泳的小孩太多。需要找合適的時間段才行。

客房人員很熱情，早餐一般，環境不錯，衞生乾淨。整體還是不錯的，早餐可以不要，外面有吃早餐的地方看着還可以

環境很好，門口的大草坪非常加分。雖然在西彭算貴點的，但物有所值，又方便停車，還有游泳池，周圍出去吃東西特別方便。
