Atour hotel, though a local brand, was surprisingly an excellent hotel, with great cleanliness, good breakfast, superb bed with comfortable pillow. Overall this hotel is highly recommended.
However, there's only 1 setback : 2 lifts serving hotel guests are just insufficient. Lift motion is slow. There's long queue during peak hours which can be frustrating. What made it worst is that the 2 lifts were also used by staff moving large trolley of rooms items where a staff service lift is usually being used in other hotel not under the eyes of guests. Even the robot also using the same 2 lifts. Management should seriously looks into this to improve the situation. Thank you.

very clean and tidy. the location is just nice with good gym, good views but not too crowded. It locates at the central of all city's attractions.

Good location as hotel is just across the street from the subway station. It’s within walking distance to downtown. No issues with getting the elevator. Breakfast has lots of varieties. Love the fresh made noodles. Room is clean. Front desk staff are super helpful.

Nice hotel, the room is clean, breakfast is nice, service is good.
I stayed there in the weekend, a bit crowdy when having breakfast, but still manage to get a seat easily.

Location is strategic.. exit from 4b of XiaoShiZi. Laundry service is good and helpful. Late checkout at 3pm is much appreciated.

Everything good, same consistent quality from Atour.
Only complaint is the loud noise coming out of hallway in the middle of the night that woke us up.

Hotel location is convenient, 3mins walk to nearby lrt station. Simple, clean and decent breakfast spread. The air cond is centralise control, hence unable to control the temperature we want. But not a big deal.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a family of 3.
