We had a wonderful stay! The butler service was exceptional, especially Munan, Fries and xianbei. Thank you so much. Our room was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views of Chongqing. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and felt very well taken care of. We especially appreciated the kindness and flexibility in allowing us a one-hour late check-out on our departure day as I was feeling unwell. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you for making our stay so special — we would love to come back!

Amazing stay! 10/10 ⭐️❤️ I had such a wonderful experience at SEYA Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. I was there celebrating my birthday, and the staff even decorated my room for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made my stay extra special! 🎂🎈 The location is perfect—right next to the metro and close to all the main attractions in Chongqing, making it very easy to explore the city. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay

Our stay was simply incredible. The room was amazing with wonderful bathtub to relax after a long day. Since it was our honeymoon I asked the reception to organize a surprise and they prepared this nice decoration. Our butler named Coco was simply amazing. Every our request was accomplished, every day we were asking to prepare bathtub with how water depending on the time we were coming back to the room. Also, the last day we gave laundry at 11 pm and by next morning at 8 we had it read

Excellent! The room environment, service, bedding, and view were all superb. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offered a fantastic view of the two rivers, which looked even more beautiful when lit up at night. Raffles City is right next door. It was such a blast to buy 10 packs of Pokémon 30th anniversary booster packs every day, especially since they were nowhere to be found in Shanghai! Chongqing is a lot of fun, and I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Great service. We came one hour early and they gave us key for our room right away. Free laundry for 10 items was a great gift . Mu Nan was our little housekeeper who helped us with laundry service, and introduced It’s a beautiful cynic view to the river from our room Traffic near hotel is pretty heavy so if you plan to go somewhere and being picked up by Didi right at the hotel add additional 10-15 minutes to be on time.

Great stay for a big family. Our room had an amazing view with a massive bathtub. The hotel provided excellent service with a robot butler that delivers food, water and parcels straight to your door. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our enquires.
