Extremely satisfied! First, a big thumbs up to the bellboy who helped with my luggage. Second, kudos to the front desk lady who proactively upgraded me to a river view room – it was absolutely stunning! Third, I loved that the room had my favorite Wahaha drinks. Fourth, the guy I called for check-out had such a pleasant voice and offered a 30-minute late check-out without me even asking. Fifth, the staff member who helped me with my luggage when leaving had a wonderful smile and was incredibly proactive. I'm so happy with my stay; the river view room was incredibly beautiful and spacious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing! 👍👍

The front desk manager, David, at Chongqing Ronghui Peninsula was incredibly warm and attentive, making my check-in experience excellent. I really appreciate his prompt follow-up on any issues. The room had a fantastic river view! Overall, everything was superb!!!

The hygiene was poor. The bedside table had a thick layer of dust, as if it hadn't been cleaned in days. Breakfast was terrible. There was no beef for the beef noodles, and the coffee machine was out of milk for lattes. I asked three different staff members for hot milk over a 30-minute period, and no one bothered to refill it until I called the front desk to complain, and then someone slowly brought a bottle over. This is a very bad tourist hotel; everyone should choose carefully.

Xiaozeng upgraded us to a river view room for free, which was a very pleasant surprise! 😌 The room was spacious and the bed was so soft. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was a really thoughtful touch.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was very nutritious. Manager Zeng Yuchen was incredibly thoughtful in her arrangements. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room windows didn't have screens, and it was mosquito season during my stay. If I closed them, it was stuffy; if I opened them, mosquitoes would get in. None of the advertised special amenities were delivered either. They said snacks would be provided on the first day, but they weren't. I reminded them again on the second day, but by check-out, they still hadn't arrived, let alone the late-night supper. The room price wasn't cheap, and they even differentiated between rooms with and without breakfast. I can only say the front desk service was decent.
