ASPERA HIGH-ALTITUDE GARDEN PANORAMIC HOTEL

After much online research for my trip to Chongqing, I chose this hotel, and overall, I found it quite good. What initially drew me in was their restaurant. Upon checking in, I was really pleased; both the service and the food were excellent, and they even offered a complimentary afternoon tea, which was perfect for taking some great photos. The location is fantastic too, right downstairs from Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, so you don't have to walk far at all. The room itself was quite spacious and came with a projector that had good picture and sound quality.

Aspera Hotel truly understands what women like! The window-side bathtub with aromatherapy bath bombs offers a stunning view of the Yangtze River Cableway while you soak. The sunset over the river in the evening is truly beautiful, and even unedited photos turn out great. The afternoon tea on the 25th floor is visually appealing, with a terrace featuring river views and greenery; it's a perfect spot to spend an afternoon taking photos with your girlfriends. They also provide Dyson hair dryers, body lotion, and conditioner, which is very thoughtful for female guests. While the ambiance is great, the practical comfort is just average. If you want to take beautiful photos, I recommend taking a bath around 4 PM to catch the sunset lighting – the effect is absolutely stunning.

It's just a few minutes' walk from Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street and Hongyadong, making it perfect for exploring both day and night. For only $66 a night, the stay includes afternoon tea and breakfast for two. The restaurant is already decorated for Christmas, creating a cozy, festive atmosphere. The breakfast is a lavish spread of Chinese and Western dishes, including various breads and salads, Western pastries, bacon, Chongqing noodles, and freshly brewed coffee. The room itself is incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with city and river views. It's equipped with numerous smart devices such as a Nespresso machine, a high-end HD projector, and a smart toilet. The bathroom even has a wet and dry area separation. Overall, the experience feels like great value for money. It's an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and style.

The Chongqing Aspera Skyline Garden Panoramic Hotel is located on the 24th floor of Tower A, Caihui Plaza, No. 99 Minzu Road, Jiefangbei. I stayed on the 25th floor this time, and the experience was quite good. The hotel's design is truly impressive. The famous dome restaurant even won an international design award. Whether it's the Nordic-style long tables or the spiral staircase, combined with high-altitude greenery, the photos come out beautifully. The views during sunrise and sunset are particularly stunning, and the 360° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer an expansive vista. From the room, you can enjoy the night view of Jiefangbei. Soaking in the circular bathtub by the window while taking in the night lights creates an incredibly atmospheric experience. The room also features amenities like a Harman Kardon sound system and a Dyson hairdryer. The smart voice control was easy to use, showing great attention to detail. The location is also very convenient. The subway is right downstairs, Jiefangbei is just a short walk away, and Hongyadong is also close by. It's very convenient to return to the hotel to rest after sightseeing, escaping the hustle and bustle outside for some peace and quiet. I opted for a paid upgrade this time, which further enhanced the experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. I'd say I've discovered a high-rise hotel near Jiefangbei that offers both great value for money and an excellent experience.

The included breakfast and afternoon tea also offer exceptional value for money. The breakfast features a blend of Chinese and Western dishes, including authentic Chongqing noodles and other local specialties. The afternoon tea is exquisite and varied, adding a delightful, relaxed moment to your trip. Overall, this stay was comfortable and satisfying, far exceeding my expectations 🌺.

The Xiaoshizi light rail station is right downstairs, making it super close to popular attractions like Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. It was so easy to step out and snap some photos 📷. The breakfast and afternoon tea were also a huge plus. Breakfast offered local specialties like Chongqing noodles, alongside a good mix of Chinese and Western options. The afternoon tea was exquisite and plentiful, perfect for a relaxing break. Overall, my stay was really smooth and hassle-free, offering great value for money. Highly recommend!
