FUNGEE River View Hotel (Hongya Cave, Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, Chongqing)

The location is absolutely fantastic! There's an elevator directly to Jiefangbei and Hongyadong, and it's right next to the Kuaixinglou Bridge. Plus, there are tons of hotpot restaurants and snacks nearby. The親子江景房 (Family River View Room) has amazing floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of the Qiansimen Bridge and Huanghuayuan Bridge, and the night view is simply breathtaking and beautiful. The service is incredibly thoughtful, with complimentary delivery of a wide range of items! They even provide mugwort foot soak packs with a foot bath and disposable liners – perfect for relieving tired feet after a long day. You can also get facial cleanser, nail clippers, and even children's amenities delivered. In the evenings, there's complimentary goodnight congee and sweet soup, as well as free ice cream and popcorn. The breakfast spread is diverse, and the sour and spicy noodles and fries were absolutely delicious. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. This is definitely my top choice for a river view stay in Chongqing!

The room was quite spacious, and the hygiene was excellent. The sky restaurant offered a great view. On the 21st floor, the front desk provided complimentary popcorn and ice cream, and there was even healthy congee available in the evenings. As a guest, you can also get your parking fees reimbursed. The environment is quite pleasant, and it's very close to Hongyadong and Jiefangbei.

Booked this high-rise 'magical' hotel through Trip.com. The environment, price, and service were all pretty good. They even offered free food and complimentary luggage delivery to the airport – really paid attention to the details! The best part is: The ground floor is only 200 meters from Hongyadong. You can stroll along the riverside and see countless cruise ships; the river view is absolutely stunning! I thought taking the elevator to the 22nd floor was the highest point, but when you step out, you're suddenly at street level on Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. This is truly the 8D magical hotel everyone talks about online, highly recommended!

The hotel lobby is on the 21st floor, where the front desk offers complimentary ice cream and popcorn. Upon checkout, guests receive a small souvenir, with a choice of options. The hotel's location is fantastic; a 200-meter walk to the right from the 1st floor takes you to Hongyadong, and exiting from the 22nd floor leads directly to Jiefangbei. Both are great spots. The room was decent, and the service was very good.

Upon checkout, I received a small parting gift. The hotel's location is excellent; you can reach Hongyadong by turning right on the first floor and Jiefangbei from the 22nd floor exit. The service was great too. I'll definitely come back again.
